【摘要】： 蘇聯(lián)學(xué)者А·Л·納羅奇尼茨基院士指出:“俄國人民對歐亞大陸東北地區(qū)的開發(fā)和俄國地理大發(fā)現(xiàn)是世界歷史的重大事件�！边@句話道出了俄國對東部地區(qū)開發(fā)的重要意義。 本文在掌握、參考大量國內(nèi)外資料的基礎(chǔ)上,以馬克思主義唯物史觀為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用史學(xué)和政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,通過對19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)的描述,詳細(xì)闡述了遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)的歷史背景、政策、措施及開發(fā)活動(dòng),初步分析了俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)和國家對外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的關(guān)系,在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中的地位及對俄國資本主義發(fā)展起到的積極推動(dòng)作用,并揭示了其作為沙皇政府鞏固其殖民統(tǒng)治手段的本質(zhì)。客觀地評價(jià)了十九世紀(jì)末二十世紀(jì)初俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)對該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)生活的積極影響,通過總結(jié)其開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),從中探求在開發(fā)過程中具有規(guī)律性的特點(diǎn),并展望俄國遠(yuǎn)東未來的發(fā)展前景。 全文由前言、正文、結(jié)束語、注釋和參考文獻(xiàn)五部分組成,其中正文共分4章: 第1章:俄國遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)的歷史背景。自俄國遠(yuǎn)東疆域最終形成結(jié)束后,俄國遠(yuǎn)東所處的國內(nèi)外形勢,迫使其通過加速開發(fā)來鞏固這片富饒的殖民地。 第2章:俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)的主要措施。闡述了俄國在遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)進(jìn)行的加速移民、加強(qiáng)對外聯(lián)系、加快交通設(shè)施建設(shè)活動(dòng)。通過西伯利亞鐵路干線和中東鐵路的修筑及港口的建設(shè),加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)進(jìn)程。 第3章:加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)對俄國遠(yuǎn)東經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的積極影響。通過介紹遠(yuǎn)東農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、城市、文化教育等方面的發(fā)展情況,闡述了俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)馗餍袠I(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。 第4章,俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)帶來的啟示。通過評價(jià)十九世紀(jì)末二十世紀(jì)初俄國加速遠(yuǎn)東開發(fā)過程中所產(chǎn)生的問題,從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度初步分析未來俄國遠(yuǎn)東的前景。 全文約36,000字。
[Abstract]:"the exploitation of the northeast of Eurasia by the Russian people and the great discovery of Russian geography are major events in world history," pointed out academician Yannarotzki, a Soviet scholar. This sentence speaks to the importance of Russia's development in the east. On the basis of mastering and referring to a large number of domestic and foreign materials, this paper, under the guidance of Marxist historical materialism, applies the relevant theories of historiography and political economics to describe the accelerating development of the far East in Russia at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The historical background, policies, measures and development activities of the development of the far East are described in detail. The relationship between Russia's accelerated development of the far East and the country's foreign economic ties is preliminarily analyzed. Its position in national economic activities and its positive role in promoting the development of Russian capitalism reveal its essence as a czarist government to consolidate its colonial domination. This paper objectively evaluates the positive influence of Russia's accelerated development of the far East on the economic development and social life of the region at the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century. By summing up the experience and lessons of its development, it explores the characteristics of regularity in the process of development. And prospects for the future development of the Russian far East. The full text is composed of five parts: foreword, text, conclusion, annotation and reference, in which the text is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1: the historical background of Russian far East development.
