【摘要】：正在國際政治話語里,所謂崛起就是一個國家與其他國家相比,國際地位顯著提高,其實力差距迅速縮小或拉大,從而對整個國際秩序和世界格局產(chǎn)生重大影響。大國崛起之路從來都不是平坦的,也格外受人矚目。以美國而言,其崛起就不是一帆風順的。從1865年美國內戰(zhàn)結束到"一戰(zhàn)"爆發(fā)這一階段,是美國崛起的起飛時期。在這一時期,美國面臨過種種困難和危機,
[Abstract]:In the international political discourse, the so-called rise of a country compared with other countries, the international status is significantly improved, its power gap rapidly narrowed or widened, and thus has a significant impact on the entire international order and the world pattern. The road to the rise of a great power has never been smooth, and it has attracted special attention. In the case of the United States, its rise has not been smooth. From the end of the Civil War in 1865 to the outbreak of the first World War, the rise of the United States took off. During this period, the United States faced various difficulties and crises.
