【摘要】：正糖尿病是以持續(xù)高血糖為基本生化特征的綜合征。因各種原因造成胰島素分泌絕對(duì)或相對(duì)不足,或人體組織對(duì)胰島素敏感性下降所引起糖、蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪和繼發(fā)的水、電解質(zhì)代謝紊亂的內(nèi)分泌代謝性疾病。糖尿病慢性病給人們?cè)斐闪藝?yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。為解決看病貴的問題,鞍山市勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障局為完善城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)特殊慢性病管理服務(wù),出臺(tái)了有關(guān)糖尿病慢性病的門診治療政策。規(guī)定特殊慢性病人員可在定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)門診就醫(yī),如今門診糖尿病慢性病的就
[Abstract]:Positive diabetes is a syndrome characterized by persistent hyperglycemia. Insulin secretion is absolutely or relatively inadequate due to various reasons, or the decrease of insulin sensitivity of human tissues leads to endocrine metabolic disorders of sugar, protein, fat and secondary water, electrolyte metabolism. Chronic diabetes causes a serious economic burden on people. In order to solve the problem of expensive medical treatment, Anshan Labor and Social Security Bureau, in order to improve the basic medical insurance special chronic disease management services for urban staff and workers, issued the out-patient treatment policy on diabetes chronic diseases. It is stipulated that persons with special chronic diseases may visit outpatient clinics in designated medical institutions.
