【摘要】：位于內(nèi)蒙古巴林左旗的遼上京遺址是遼代建立時(shí)間最早,座落時(shí)間最長的古城,同時(shí)也是我國游牧民族在北方草原上建立的第一座都城。因此被譽(yù)為《草原第一座都城》。這座草原都城內(nèi),以契丹族和漢族為主多民族長期雜居在一起創(chuàng)造了獨(dú)特的契丹遼文化,因此其遺存具有重要的歷史價(jià)值,文化價(jià)值和深刻的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人們思想意識的不斷提高,文化資源及其資源的保護(hù)與利用越來越成為近年來學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。而如何更好的保護(hù)與利用、開發(fā)古代歷史遺存和歷史文化資源,成為擺在政府面前的重要問題。因此本文以赤峰市巴林左旗的遼上京遺址為主要研究內(nèi)容,探索本遺址的歷史價(jià)值,提出了具有符合當(dāng)?shù)靥厣�的有效的保護(hù)與利用的建議。本文主要有以下五個(gè)部分組成。第一部分(緒論)主要簡述了選題背景及選題意義,研究綜述等。第二部分主要簡述了遼上京遺址的概況、地理位置及自然環(huán)境、建立過程和歷史變遷等。第三部分分析了遼上京遺址的保護(hù)、利用價(jià)值與現(xiàn)狀。第四部分論述了遼上京遺址文化資源的保護(hù)與利用過程中存在的問題。第五部分介紹了遼上京遺址文化資源的保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)方面提出了不成熟的建議。筆者通過對遼上京遺址的兩次實(shí)地考察的基礎(chǔ)上,收集相關(guān)資料的整理、分析,對其有了初步的研究。本文中提出了關(guān)于遼代歷史文化資源的開發(fā)利用方面存在著綜合性利用程度低、文化內(nèi)涵單一、社會(huì)影響力不高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低、專業(yè)力度較弱等問題,并提出了相關(guān)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:Liaoshangjing site, located in Balinzuo Banner, Inner Mongolia, is the oldest and longest ancient city in Liao Dynasty, and it is also the first capital city established by nomadic people on the northern grasslands in China. Therefore, it is known as "the first capital of the prairie". In this prairie capital city, Qidan nationality and Han nationality mainly live together for a long time to create unique Qidanliao culture, so its remains have important historical value, cultural value and profound practical significance. With the development of society and the improvement of people's ideology, the protection and utilization of cultural resources and their resources has become a hot issue in academic circles in recent years. And how to better protect and utilize, develop ancient historical relics and historical and cultural resources, has become an important issue in front of the government. Therefore, this paper takes the Liaoshangjing site of Balin left Banner in Chifeng as the main research content, explores the historical value of the site, and puts forward some effective suggestions for protection and utilization in line with the local characteristics. This paper is composed of the following five parts. The first part (introduction) mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, research review and so on. The second part mainly describes the general situation, geographical location and natural environment, establishment process and historical changes of Liao Shangjing site. The third part analyzes the protection, utilization value and present situation of Liaoshangjing site. The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the process of protection and utilization of the cultural resources of the Liaoshangjing site. The fifth part introduces the protection and tourism development of the cultural resources of Liaoshangjing site. On the basis of two field visits to the Liaoshangjing site, the author collected and analyzed the relevant data and made a preliminary study on it. In this paper, some problems such as low degree of comprehensive utilization, single cultural connotation, low social influence, low economic benefit, weak professional intensity and so on exist in the development and utilization of historical and cultural resources in Liao Dynasty. And put forward the relevant solutions.
