我國城市治安工作績效評價(jià)與對策研究
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the urban economy of our country has developed rapidly. The contradictions and conflicts that accompany it have brought many social problems. If we do not deal with the crime effectively, it will affect the healthy development of the urban economy. Therefore, it is urgent to study and discuss the performance of urban public security work and formulate corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of urban public security management. This paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the urban public security management in the new period, establishes the performance evaluation model of urban public security work, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to improve the level of urban public security management through comparative analysis. Fundamentally solve the difficulties and problems of urban public order in our country. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research status of the performance evaluation of urban public security work at home and abroad, and then establishes the four dimension index system of the performance evaluation of urban public security work from the strategic angle by using the theory of balanced scorecard. Then, on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons of the traditional performance evaluation methods, this paper introduces the theory of grey correlation degree analysis, and combines the characteristics and the actual situation of the urban public security work in our country, constructs the grey correlation degree analysis performance evaluation model. It provides an operable management tool for the performance evaluation of urban public security work. Then, the performance evaluation model is applied to the performance evaluation of six typical cities in our country. Finally, aiming at the result of horizontal comparison, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the performance of urban public security work in China. The main achievements are as follows: (1) starting from the four dimensions of social public dimension, internal process dimension, financial dimension, learning and growth dimension, The performance evaluation index system of urban public security work based on balanced scorecard is constructed. (2) based on the analysis of traditional comprehensive evaluation methods, this paper combines the particularity of urban public security management. The grey relational degree performance evaluation model of urban public security work is established. (3) the grey relational degree performance evaluation method is applied to the performance evaluation of urban public security work in China. In order to improve the level of urban public security management in our country, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, which have a good guiding effect on the development of urban public security management in the future.
