【摘要】:線損率能夠反映電力網(wǎng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的好壞、電網(wǎng)管理運(yùn)營水平的高低。降低線損率是保障供電電能質(zhì)量、建設(shè)綠色電網(wǎng)、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能降損的有效方法。目前管理損耗是線損率居高不下的主要影響因素,因此運(yùn)用用電信息采集系統(tǒng)及時(shí)采集用戶用電信息、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控用戶用電狀態(tài)和處理異常數(shù)據(jù),對降損增效具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。用電信息采集系統(tǒng)具備發(fā)布電網(wǎng)信息、監(jiān)控分布式能源、交互智能用電設(shè)備的信息等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)測和用戶負(fù)荷、電量、電壓等重要信息的實(shí)時(shí)采集。發(fā)揮用電信息采集系統(tǒng)挖掘大量數(shù)據(jù)信息的功能,并制訂出有效的管理方案和技術(shù)措施,對線損進(jìn)行有效的控制和管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能增效,使電能的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)達(dá)到較為先進(jìn)水平。電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)與線損分析平臺(tái)的結(jié)合,可以充分反映供電企業(yè)管理水平,同時(shí)用電信息采集技術(shù)引進(jìn)線損管理可以使電網(wǎng)信息化的問題得以解決,具有很強(qiáng)的可行性與實(shí)踐性,決定了未來智能綠色電網(wǎng)環(huán)境中線損管理的發(fā)展動(dòng)向。推動(dòng)線損管理由結(jié)果管理向過程管理的轉(zhuǎn)變,提高供電運(yùn)行的效率和管理水平。本文主要介紹了基于用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的線損管理系統(tǒng)主要內(nèi)容和基本概述,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法構(gòu)建了基于用電信息采集和線損管理系統(tǒng)的軟硬件平臺(tái),對于線路線損、臺(tái)區(qū)線損、大用戶線損的線損異常因素進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)分析,按線損率高低篩選出線損異常的線路、臺(tái)區(qū)或大用戶,并對這些異常的因素進(jìn)行分析、歸納。線損管理中用電信息采集系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集的不準(zhǔn)確或者不充分的因素存在,本文增加了采集終端設(shè)備,使其能夠采集到足夠的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)用電信息采集與線損分析系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。最后本文針對高損線路和高損臺(tái)區(qū)綜合治理兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行應(yīng)用案例分析。
[Abstract]:The line loss rate can reflect the running state of power network and the level of power network management and operation. Reducing line loss rate is an effective method to ensure the quality of power supply, build green power grid, and realize energy saving and loss reduction. At present, the management loss is the main influence factor of high line loss rate. Therefore, it is of great significance to use the power information acquisition system to collect the user's electricity information in time, to monitor the user's power consumption state and to deal with the abnormal data in real time, which is of great significance to reduce the loss and increase the efficiency. The power information collection system has the functions of publishing power network information, monitoring distributed energy sources, exchanging information of intelligent power equipment, and realizing on-line monitoring and real-time collection of important information such as user load, electricity quantity, voltage and so on. The power consumption information collection system has the function of mining a large amount of data information, working out effective management scheme and technical measures, effectively controlling and managing line loss, realizing energy saving and increasing efficiency, and making the economic index of electric energy reach more advanced level. The combination of power consumption information acquisition system and line loss analysis platform can fully reflect the management level of power supply enterprises. At the same time, the introduction of line loss management in power information collection technology can solve the problem of power network informatization. It has strong feasibility and practicability, which determines the development trend of line loss management in the environment of smart green grid in the future. Promote the change of line loss management from result management to process management, and improve the efficiency and management level of power supply operation. This paper mainly introduces the main contents and basic overview of the line loss management system based on the power information acquisition system, and constructs the hardware and software platform of the line loss management system based on the data mining algorithm. The abnormal factors of line loss in station area and large user are analyzed in real time. According to the line loss rate, the abnormal line, station area or large user are screened out, and these abnormal factors are analyzed and summarized. In line loss management, there are some inaccuracies or inadequacies in the data collection of power consumption information acquisition system. In this paper, the acquisition terminal equipment is added to make it possible to collect enough data for analysis. Thus the real-time monitoring of power information acquisition and line loss analysis system is realized. Finally, this paper analyzes the application cases of high-loss line and high-damage platform area.
