某型飛機(jī)振動(dòng)傳感器試驗(yàn)器的研制

【摘要】:為測試某型飛機(jī)振動(dòng)傳感器性能,采用背靠背比較法振動(dòng)測試方法,基于蘇試振動(dòng)臺(VT-500)、功率放大器(LA-800)、單軸向電荷輸出型加速度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)傳感器(Ymc222A25)、電荷放大器(Ymc8102T)、普源信號發(fā)生器(DG1032Z)以及研華PCI工控機(jī)與A/D板卡(PCI-1716L),搭建振動(dòng)傳感器試驗(yàn)器振動(dòng)測試平臺,以DG1032Z輸出作為振動(dòng)激勵(lì)信號源,基于VC++6.0開發(fā)出信號發(fā)生器遠(yuǎn)程控制與板卡信號采集軟件,對試驗(yàn)器的功能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明其有效性。所研制的試驗(yàn)器可實(shí)現(xiàn)振動(dòng)信號源的產(chǎn)生與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/被測信號的校準(zhǔn),從而為某型飛機(jī)振動(dòng)傳感器的測試與修理提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to test the performance of a certain aircraft vibration sensor, a back to back comparison method is used to test the vibration. Based on the Soviet-test vibration table VT-500, the power amplifier LA-800, the uniaxial charge output acceleration standard sensor Ymc222A25, the charge amplifier Ymc8102T, the general source signal generator DG1032Z), and the ICA PCI industrial control computer and the ArD board card PCI-1716L, the vibration testing platform of the vibration sensor tester is built. Using DG1032Z output as vibration excitation signal source, a signal generator remote control and board signal acquisition software is developed based on VC 6.0. The function of the tester is tested and verified, and the results show that it is effective. The developed tester can generate the vibration signal source and calibrate the standard / measured signal, thus providing technical support for the test and repair of the vibration sensor of a certain aircraft.
