【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)蓬勃開(kāi)展的城市建設(shè)活動(dòng)，大量歷史街區(qū)拆遷改造，，地域文化特色逐漸消隱，街區(qū)活力逐漸衰。歷史街區(qū)公共空間作為集中展示城市歷史文化和人文底蘊(yùn)的特殊單元，是歷史街區(qū)復(fù)興的動(dòng)力源泉。如何通過(guò)歷史街區(qū)公共空間的改造為脆弱的城市地段注入活力，日漸成為歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)的重要課題。 青島是極具代表性的近代殖民入侵型城市，擁有獨(dú)特的異域風(fēng)貌，大鮑島歷史文化街區(qū)是德國(guó)占領(lǐng)青島以后建立的華人商業(yè)街區(qū)，有特殊的歷史、文化、景觀特色，是青島物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)區(qū)之一。隨著1993年青島市政府東遷,大鮑島街區(qū)開(kāi)始走向衰敗。由于年代久遠(yuǎn)，建筑由于保養(yǎng)、維修欠佳破損嚴(yán)重，街區(qū)的道路、景觀等整體外部環(huán)境日漸破敗，街區(qū)喪失活力。 本文致力于對(duì)大鮑島街區(qū)公共空間的改造研究，以期達(dá)到街區(qū)活力復(fù)興的目標(biāo)。本文首先對(duì)相關(guān)概念作了界定,列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公共空間改造的相關(guān)研究，指出其對(duì)公共空間改造設(shè)計(jì)方法的指導(dǎo)作用，并通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)實(shí)例的設(shè)計(jì)意圖和建成結(jié)果進(jìn)行比分析，借鑒其改造經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次，在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)大鮑島街區(qū)歷史沿革和公共空間現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析,提出針對(duì)大鮑島街區(qū)公共空間的改造原則和具體改造方法，希望通過(guò)公共空間改造方法的研究達(dá)到大鮑島街區(qū)活力復(fù)興的目的。最后，將總結(jié)的改造原則和改造方法進(jìn)行具體應(yīng)用，對(duì)大鮑島街區(qū)的公共空間改造提出具體的規(guī)劃方案。希望通過(guò)此方案的研究，為歷史街區(qū)公共空間改造研究提供新的案例。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of urban construction activities in China, a large number of historical blocks demolition and transformation, regional cultural characteristics gradually disappear, the vitality of the block gradually decline. As a special unit to show the historical culture and humanistic details of the city, the public space of the historical block is the motive source of the revival of the historical district. How to inject vitality into the fragile urban areas through the transformation of public space in historical blocks has become an important topic for the protection of historic blocks. Qingdao is a representative modern colonial invading city with unique exotic features. The historical and cultural district of Big Pao Island is a Chinese commercial district established after the German occupation of Qingdao. It has special historical, cultural and landscape characteristics. Qingdao is one of the physical heritage reserves. With the eastward relocation of the Qingdao Municipal Government in 1993, the Big Pao Island block began to decline. As a result of the old age, the building because of the maintenance, the repair poor damaged seriously, the block road, the landscape and so on overall external environment day by day degrade, the block loses vitality. This paper is devoted to the study of the transformation of the public space of the Big Pao Island block, in order to achieve the goal of the revitalization of the block. This paper first defines the related concepts, enumerates the relevant research of urban public space transformation at home and abroad, and points out its guiding role to the design method of public space transformation. The design intention and the result of construction are compared and analyzed, and the experience of reconstruction is used for reference. Secondly, on the basis of field investigation, through the historical evolution of Big Pao Island Block and the investigation and analysis of the present situation of public space, the paper puts forward the principles and concrete transformation methods for the transformation of the public space of Big Pao Island Block. It is hoped that through the research of public space transformation method, we can achieve the purpose of rejuvenating the vitality of Big Pao Island Block. Finally, the principles and methods of reconstruction are applied in detail, and the specific planning scheme is put forward for the transformation of public space in Big Bowao block. It is hoped that the research of this scheme will provide a new case for the reconstruction of public space in historic blocks.
