【摘要】:建筑工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)進(jìn)步與建筑市場(chǎng)的日趨成熟對(duì)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、節(jié)能環(huán)保、建筑質(zhì)量以及多方參與下的協(xié)同工作效率等方面提出了越來越高的要求。建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在這一發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下始終扮演著技術(shù)載體、傳遞工具的重要角色,同時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作為圍繞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)從產(chǎn)生到完善的全過程主體行為的集合,其自身的運(yùn)行效果既影響了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用的效用,也對(duì)建筑工程的質(zhì)量、成本、效率等諸多方面有著根本性的作用。建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化則由于受到建筑行業(yè)生產(chǎn)全過程中參與方眾多、協(xié)同問題突出等特性的影響,需要引入若干參與主體協(xié)同的研究視角,全面地論述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的規(guī)律以及優(yōu)化策略,為建筑工程在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化領(lǐng)域效用的提升提供理論支撐。 本文以引入主體協(xié)同過程與行為的建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,認(rèn)為建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng)并不是一個(gè)階段性、孤立性的過程。因此,對(duì)其的研究需要從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化全過程以及由參與者行為觸發(fā)的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的角度展開,并重點(diǎn)討論參與主體在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中的演化、博弈以及機(jī)會(huì)主義行為,通過引導(dǎo)、約束與激勵(lì)等方式形成系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素間的協(xié)同效應(yīng),從而完成對(duì)建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的研究目標(biāo)。 本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行梳理與總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,以自組織理論、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論以及協(xié)同論作為理論基礎(chǔ)展開研究,從深入剖析建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中產(chǎn)生的問題以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)的概念體系著手,采用演化分析、仿真模擬、實(shí)例驗(yàn)證等多種研究手段,構(gòu)建出面向多主體協(xié)同的建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化全過程運(yùn)作體系。深入研究了建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)中主體協(xié)同過程的代表性行為模式,并針對(duì)典型的主體行為設(shè)計(jì)出有效的調(diào)節(jié)與控制策略,最終提出建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展方向與改進(jìn)意見。 本文首先界定出建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)、參與主體等重要概念的內(nèi)涵并分析其中的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系;將文中涉及到的較易混淆的概念給出明確的界定,同時(shí)確定了以建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng)為研究核心的問題邊界;以宏觀的視角給出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,揭示出宏觀控制因子對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響規(guī)律;根據(jù)文章的論述重點(diǎn),提出當(dāng)前標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)與主體協(xié)同互動(dòng)過程中存在的問題,并分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因。 對(duì)“建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系”這一系統(tǒng)中的核心客體要素的復(fù)雜性進(jìn)行了全面的剖析,首次提出了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能團(tuán)的存在,,并給出體系中復(fù)雜性存在的根源;提出建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生協(xié)同效應(yīng)的條件機(jī)制,與復(fù)雜性分析一起搭建出本文研究的客體基礎(chǔ);通過建立多主體的協(xié)同模型,從宏觀的角度給出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)同效應(yīng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的正向影響;進(jìn)而給出主體間宏觀的協(xié)同模式。 提出建筑工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)全過程的研究架構(gòu),以面向主體協(xié)同的角度全面論述系統(tǒng)中圍繞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生命周期所涉及到的協(xié)同過程,解決不同階段存在的典型問題。提出面向多主體協(xié)同的多層次Petri網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制模型;給出基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能團(tuán)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款映射的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施方法;首次提出基于多支持向量機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量診斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)主體修訂意見的廣泛采納與科學(xué)判斷;在動(dòng)態(tài)質(zhì)量診斷的協(xié)同優(yōu)化方案的基礎(chǔ)上,集成QFD方法與基元理論構(gòu)建出適用于主體協(xié)同參與的動(dòng)態(tài)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂方法體系;最后根據(jù)構(gòu)建的模型對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量的提升進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 針對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)中主體協(xié)同過程存在的典型行為給出重點(diǎn)分析。認(rèn)為未來標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)起點(diǎn)會(huì)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛芍黧w行為協(xié)同演化而產(chǎn)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成過程,不同主體的集群有可能產(chǎn)生不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系;從契約約束的有無兩個(gè)方面對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成后的采納行為進(jìn)行了討論,給出協(xié)同行為引導(dǎo)的方法;同時(shí)面向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化過程中普遍存在的因信息不對(duì)稱而產(chǎn)生的協(xié)同障礙,給出發(fā)起主體的激勵(lì)策略。典型行為的分析以及策略的提供旨在解決影響主體協(xié)同效果的機(jī)會(huì)主義等阻礙,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward more and more demands on the application of new technology , energy - saving , environmental protection , building quality and cooperative work efficiency of multi - party participation .

In this paper , based on the research object of the standardization system of building engineering which introduces the cooperation process and behavior of the main body , it is concluded that the standardization activities of the construction projects are not a stage and isolation process . Therefore , the research needs to be expanded from the whole process of standardization and the system optimization triggered by the behavior of the participants , and the cooperative effect of the participating entities in the system operation , the game and opportunism behavior are discussed , and the research goal of the optimization of the standardization system of the construction projects is completed .

On the basis of combing and summarizing relevant research achievements at home and abroad , this paper studies the whole process operation system of the standardization of construction projects , which is based on the theory of self - organization , complex system theory and cooperative theory .

Firstly , this paper defines the connotation of the important concepts , such as the standardization of construction projects , the standardization system and the participation subject , and analyzes the relation between them ;
This paper gives a clear definition of the more confusing concepts involved in the text , and at the same time determines the boundary of the problem based on the standardization activities of construction projects as the research core ;
The dynamic mechanism of the operation of the standardized system is given from the macroscopic angle of view , and the influence law of macro - control factors on the system is revealed .
According to the emphasis of the article , the problems existing in the interaction between the current standardization system and the main body are put forward , and the causes of the problems are analyzed .

This paper analyzes the complexity of the core object elements in the system of " Standard System for Construction Engineering " , and puts forward the existence of standard functional groups in the standard system for the first time , and gives the root cause of the complexity in the system .
This paper puts forward the condition mechanism of the cooperative effect of building engineering standardization system , and constructs the object basis of this paper together with the complexity analysis .
By establishing a multi - body cooperative model , the positive influence of the standardized synergistic effect on the system is given from the macroscopic angle ;
Furthermore , the macro - cooperative mode among the subjects is given .

This paper puts forward the research structure of the whole process of building engineering standardization system , discusses the collaborative process involved in the standard life cycle in the system , and solves the typical problems existing in different stages .
The standard implementation method based on standard functional group and standard clause mapping is given .
First put forward the standard quality diagnosis based on multi - support vector machine , realize the wide adoption and scientific judgment of the main body ' s revision opinion ;
On the basis of the collaborative optimization scheme of dynamic quality diagnosis , the dynamic standard revision method applied to the collaborative participation of the subject is constructed by integrating the method and the primitive theory .
Finally , an empirical study is carried out on the improvement of the standard quality according to the constructed model .

In this paper , the key analysis is given to the typical behavior of the main collaborative process in the standardization system . It is believed that the initiation point of the future standardization is gradually changed into the standard forming process which is generated by the cooperative evolution of the main body behavior , and different standard systems may be generated in the clusters of different subjects ;
This paper discusses the adoption behavior of standard formation from two aspects of contract constraints , and gives a method of cooperative behavior guidance .
At the same time , it provides the incentive strategy of initiating the subject . The analysis of the typical behavior and the provision of the strategy are aimed at solving the opportunism and other obstacles which influence the synergistic effect of the subject , and finally realize the coordinated operation of the whole system .
