基于曲波變換的三維地震數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)重建和噪聲壓制(英文)

【摘要】:野外地震數(shù)據(jù)包含各種隨機(jī)噪聲干擾且在空間方向常進(jìn)行不規(guī)則欠采樣,影響后續(xù)資料處理,存在數(shù)據(jù)重建和噪聲壓制問(wèn)題,而大多數(shù)據(jù)重建方法只能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行,對(duì)于噪聲壓制則無(wú)能為力,對(duì)于含噪地震數(shù)據(jù)的重建效果不理想,起不到壓制噪聲的效果。為此本文選用多尺度多方向的二維曲波變換進(jìn)行三維地震數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)重建與噪聲壓制,在此過(guò)程中引入凸集投影算法(POCS),采用指數(shù)平方根衰減規(guī)律的閾值參數(shù)及軟閾值算子對(duì)每個(gè)時(shí)間切片單獨(dú)進(jìn)行重建。在此基礎(chǔ)上,引入加權(quán)因子策略,使得在的重建過(guò)程中減少噪聲對(duì)重建結(jié)果的影響,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種能夠同時(shí)進(jìn)行三維地震數(shù)據(jù)重建和噪聲壓制的方法。通過(guò)與先重建后去噪以及傅里葉變換處理方法的比較,表明了該方法效果顯著,這對(duì)于指導(dǎo)復(fù)雜地區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)采集和缺失地震道重建方面具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The field seismic data contain various random noise disturbances and often carry out irregular under-sampling in the spatial direction, which affect the subsequent data processing. There are problems of data reconstruction and noise suppression, but most of the data reconstruction methods can only be carried out independently. There is no way to suppress noise, but the reconstruction effect of noisy seismic data is not ideal and the effect of noise suppression can not be achieved. Therefore, in this paper, the two-dimensional Qu Bo transform with multi-scale and multi-direction is used to reconstruct the 3D seismic data and suppress the noise simultaneously. In this process, the projection algorithm of convex set is introduced, and the threshold parameters of exponential square root attenuation law and the soft threshold operator are used to reconstruct each time slice separately. On this basis, a weighted factor strategy is introduced to reduce the impact of noise on the reconstruction results in the reconstruction process, and finally a method of simultaneous 3D seismic data reconstruction and noise suppression is realized. The comparison with the method of first reconstruction and then denoising and Fourier transform shows that the method is effective and has important practical value in guiding data acquisition and reconstruction of missing seismic traces in complex areas.
