基于CAD模型的裝配精度預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:計(jì)算機(jī)輔助公差設(shè)計(jì)(Computer Aided Tolerancing,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CAT)是利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對(duì)制造過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品的公差進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)周期、制造成本和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的精確控制。在產(chǎn)品的裝配設(shè)計(jì)階段或者產(chǎn)品的裝配實(shí)施階段,利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工具,分析產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)公差或者產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際加工誤差,預(yù)測(cè)出產(chǎn)品的裝配精度,利用預(yù)測(cè)值來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)裝配質(zhì)量與產(chǎn)品性能,比較裝配結(jié)果是否滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求和使用需求,進(jìn)而達(dá)到避免裝配方案錯(cuò)誤、減少裝配調(diào)整次數(shù)的目的。 本文首先在分析Pro/ENGINEER裝配模型的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)裝配精度信息的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),并探究如何從CAD裝配模型中提取相關(guān)裝配信息。然后,設(shè)計(jì)智能搜索算法以獲得準(zhǔn)確的裝約鏈。研究解決尺寸位置提取、其它信息的計(jì)算等問(wèn)題的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配尺寸鏈自動(dòng)生成。 然后,本文以裝配尺寸鏈的精度計(jì)算為出發(fā)點(diǎn),建立三維裝配尺寸鏈圖,綜合分析了不同的公差分析方法,并修正了三維裝配尺寸鏈的計(jì)算公式,通過(guò)綜合考慮影響裝配精度的尺寸公差、形位誤差、環(huán)境溫度以及公差分析方法等方面影響因素,建立了裝配精度預(yù)測(cè)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。 最后,基于Pro/ENGINEER利用Microsoft Visual Studio開(kāi)發(fā)了裝配精度預(yù)測(cè)原型系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計(jì)裝配精度比較實(shí)驗(yàn)。該原型系統(tǒng)在CAD環(huán)境下得到的預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)際測(cè)量值的偏差、預(yù)測(cè)值與設(shè)計(jì)要求值的偏差均在可允許范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Computer aided tolerance Design (Computer Aided Tolerancing,) is the use of computer technology to design and optimize the product tolerance in the manufacturing process, so as to achieve accurate control of production cycle, manufacturing cost and product quality. In the stage of product assembly design or product assembly implementation, the design tolerance of product or the actual processing error of product are analyzed by means of computer aided tools, and the assembly accuracy of product is predicted. The prediction value is used to evaluate the assembly quality and product performance, and to compare whether the assembly results meet the design requirements and the application requirements, so as to avoid the assembly scheme errors and reduce the assembly adjustment times. On the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics of Pro/ENGINEER assembly model, this paper designs the data structure of assembly precision information, and probes into how to extract relevant assembly information from CAD assembly model. Then, the intelligent search algorithm is designed to obtain accurate reduction chain. The methods to solve the problems of dimension location extraction and other information calculation are studied to realize the automatic generation of assembly dimension chain. Then, taking the precision calculation of assembly dimension chain as the starting point, the three-dimensional assembly dimension chain diagram is established, the different tolerance analysis methods are comprehensively analyzed, and the calculation formula of three-dimensional assembly dimension chain is revised. The mathematical model of assembly accuracy prediction is established by taking into account the influence factors such as dimension tolerance, shape and position error, ambient temperature and tolerance analysis method. Finally, an assembly precision prediction prototype system based on Pro/ENGINEER and Microsoft Visual Studio is developed, and the assembly accuracy comparison experiment is designed. The deviation between the predicted value and the actual measured value and the deviation between the predicted value and the design requirement value of the prototype system under CAD environment are all within the allowable range.
