支撐條件下核主泵分離式飛輪理論分析與試驗研究

【摘要】:針對核主泵脫落式飛輪脫落沖擊造成的二次事故問題,設(shè)計了有支撐的分離式飛輪原理樣機,飛輪盤在有支撐的條件下進行轉(zhuǎn)動,完全依靠自身的離心力作用實現(xiàn)分離,消除了脫落時飛輪盤的沖擊力。為對支撐條件下分離式飛輪的脫離性能進行研究,對分離式飛輪進行了受力分析并建立了力學(xué)模型,搭建了飛輪試驗平臺,完成了支撐條件下的分離試驗。多次試驗證明:分離式飛輪工作過程中,飛輪盤與軸套間的過盈量、飛輪盤的重力以及支撐位置和摩擦力、飛輪盤裝配誤差等因素不同程度的影響了飛輪盤的分離。從而為工程樣機的試制提供了理論與試驗依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the secondary accident caused by the shedding impact of the nuclear main pump's detached flywheel, a supported prototype of the separation flywheel is designed. The flywheel is rotated under the condition of support, and the separation is realized by the centrifugal force acting on itself. Eliminate the impact of flying wheel when shedding. In order to study the separation performance of the separation flywheel under the support condition, the force analysis and the mechanical model of the separated flywheel were carried out, and the test platform of the flywheel was set up, and the separation test under the supporting condition was completed. Several tests have proved that the interference between the flywheel and the shaft sleeve, the gravity of the disc, the supporting position and friction, and the assembly error of the flywheel affect the separation of the flywheel in different degrees. Thus, it provides theoretical and experimental basis for the trial production of engineering prototype.
