【摘要】:現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)分析方法不斷更新發(fā)展,為機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化及改進(jìn)提供了全新的方法,選擇合適的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法不但降低了成本,縮短了設(shè)計(jì)周期,而且提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 本文主要研究機(jī)械式剪板機(jī)壓料裝置及機(jī)架的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,最終獲得了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方案。首先,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法和原理進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,提出基于響應(yīng)面法和遺傳算法相結(jié)合的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,,并對(duì)其原理和優(yōu)化步驟進(jìn)行研究探討。其次,運(yùn)用Pro/Engineer軟件對(duì)剪板機(jī)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模,并對(duì)整體裝配模型進(jìn)行干涉分析,同時(shí)根據(jù)其工作原理和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了受力分析。再次,將建立的剪板機(jī)壓料裝置和機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)的三維參數(shù)化模型直接導(dǎo)入有限元分析軟ANSYS Workbench中,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行靜力和動(dòng)力仿真分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并對(duì)壓料裝置工況接觸問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,確保結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全可靠。最后,對(duì)壓料裝置結(jié)構(gòu)建立形狀和尺寸優(yōu)化問(wèn)題下的參數(shù)化模型,采用中心復(fù)合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法抽取樣本點(diǎn),依據(jù)響應(yīng)面法對(duì)樣本點(diǎn)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,最終通過(guò)多目標(biāo)遺傳算法確定優(yōu)化方案,獲得優(yōu)化結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The development of modern design and analysis method provides a new method for the design, optimization and improvement of machine tool structure. Choosing suitable optimal design method not only reduces the cost, but also shortens the design period. And improve the quality of the product. This paper mainly studies the structure design and optimization of the mechanical shearing machine press device and frame, and finally obtains the optimal design scheme. Firstly, the structure optimization design method and principle are compared and analyzed. A multi-objective optimization design method based on response surface method and genetic algorithm is proposed, and its principle and optimization steps are discussed. Secondly. The parametric modeling of the whole structure of the shearing machine is carried out by using Pro/Engineer software, and the interference analysis of the whole assembly model is carried out. At the same time, according to its working principle and related data, the force of the key structure is analyzed. The three-dimensional parameterized model of the press and frame structure of the shearing machine is directly introduced into the finite element analysis soft ANSYS Workbench, and the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the structure is carried out. According to the analysis results, the structure is improved, and the contact problem of the press device is studied to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure design. The parameterized model for the shape and size optimization of compacting device was established. The central composite experimental design method was used to extract the sample points, and the numerical simulation of the sample points was carried out according to the response surface method. Finally, the optimization scheme is determined by multi-objective genetic algorithm, and the optimization results are obtained.
