噴射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金回歸再時效過程的XRD分析

【摘要】:采用拉伸測試、電導率測量,X射線衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析以及點陣常數(shù)測量等方法對噴射成形7075鋁合金回歸過程中的拉伸性能、導電性能以及溶質(zhì)元素與強化析出相的析出程度和演變過程進行研究。結(jié)果表明,在回歸再時效處理過程中,采用合適的回歸溫度與時間,可有效改善合金的力學和導電性能。經(jīng)120℃預時效16 h后的噴射成形7075鋁合金,通過200℃高溫回歸8 min及再時效處理,其抗拉強度、屈服強度、伸長率和電導率分別為791 MPa、736 MPa、8.5%和22.6 MS/m,合金綜合性能良好。通過XRD分析及α-Al基體晶格常數(shù)的精確測量,能更好地表征溶質(zhì)元素與析出相的回溶和析出,以及回歸與再時效后析出相的回溶和析出程度,指導7075合金回歸處理制度的優(yōu)化和選擇。
[Abstract]:Tensile properties of 7075 aluminum alloy during spray forming were studied by tensile test, conductivity measurement, X-ray diffraction (X-ray diffraction,XRD) analysis and lattice constant measurement. The electrical conductivity, the precipitation degree and evolution process of solute elements and enhanced precipitates were studied. The results show that the mechanical and electrical properties of the alloy can be effectively improved by using the appropriate regression temperature and time during the regression reaging treatment.
