【摘要】:正鈦合金具有密度小、比強(qiáng)度高、抗蝕性優(yōu)異等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種代替合金鋼制造輕量化航空傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)功能部件的材料。作為齒輪等傳動(dòng)零件材料使用,鈦合金存在硬度低,抗剝蝕能力低,容易發(fā)生粘結(jié)磨損等問(wèn)題,解決這些問(wèn)題的途徑是提高鈦合金的強(qiáng)度和耐磨性。通過(guò)表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)增加鈦合金齒輪表面硬度,降低摩擦系數(shù),提高耐磨性能,可以使鈦合
[Abstract]:Titanium alloy has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and so on. It is a kind of material instead of alloy steel to manufacture the functional parts of lightweight aeronautical transmission mechanism. As a transmission part material such as gears, titanium alloy has low hardness. The way to solve these problems is to improve the strength and wear resistance of titanium alloy, to increase the surface hardness of titanium alloy gear by surface strengthening technology, to reduce the friction coefficient, and to improve the wear resistance. It makes titanium fit.
