硫脲基松香咪唑啉季銨鹽對(duì)A3碳鋼的緩蝕性能

【摘要】:以松香、二乙烯三胺、3-氯-2-羥基丙烷磺酸鈉和硫脲為原料,經(jīng)酰胺化、季銨化和脫氨縮合3步反應(yīng)合成了硫脲基松香咪唑啉季銨鹽,并用紅外和核磁對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。采用失重法、動(dòng)電位極化曲線、交流阻抗以及接觸角測(cè)試分析了目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物在質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為15%的鹽酸溶液中對(duì)A3碳鋼的緩蝕性能。采用AFM及XPS對(duì)產(chǎn)物的吸附膜進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物的緩蝕率隨其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加先增大后減小,當(dāng)目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增至占鹽酸質(zhì)量的0.4%時(shí),緩蝕率最高達(dá)到90.78%;該物質(zhì)是一種陰極控制為主的混合型緩蝕劑;AFM及XPS結(jié)果證實(shí),目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物確實(shí)可以在碳鋼表面形成緩蝕劑吸附膜。
[Abstract]:The thiourea-base rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized from rosin, diethyltriamine 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropane sulfonate and thiourea by amidation, quaternization and deamination. The structure was characterized by IR and NMR. The potentiodynamic polarization curve was determined by weightlessness method. The corrosion inhibition of A3 carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution with 15% mass fraction was analyzed by AC impedance and contact angle measurement. The adsorption film of A3 steel was characterized by AFM and XPS. The results showed that the target product was retarded. The corrosion rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of mass fraction. When the mass fraction of the target product increased to 0.4% of the hydrochloric acid mass, the corrosion inhibition rate reached 90.78%, and the result of AFM and XPS showed that the target product could form corrosion inhibitor adsorption film on the surface of carbon steel.
