不同加工玄參藥材中多元功效成分的含量測(cè)定及灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析

【摘要】:建立了超高效液相色譜-三重四極桿-線性離子阱質(zhì)譜(UPLC-Qtrap-MS/MS)同時(shí)測(cè)定玄參藥材中環(huán)烯醚萜苷類、苯丙素苷類和有機(jī)酸類等12種功效成分的方法,分析了不同加工方法對(duì)玄參藥材中多元功效成分含量的影響,并采用UPLC-Qtrap-MS/MS技術(shù)同時(shí)測(cè)定其中的12種功效成分含量,用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法對(duì)多元功效成分進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,12種功效成分在一定濃度范圍內(nèi)的線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.999 0,加標(biāo)回收率為95.82%~99.35%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)小于2.44%;不同加工方法對(duì)玄參中多元功效成分含量具有一定的影響,灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析結(jié)果顯示,陰干法和完整藥材蒸后烘干的樣品綜合質(zhì)量較好。該實(shí)驗(yàn)揭示了加工對(duì)玄參中多元功效成分的影響,可為優(yōu)選玄參適宜產(chǎn)地加工方法提供基礎(chǔ)資料,同時(shí)為玄參藥材內(nèi)在質(zhì)量的綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供方法參考。
[Abstract]:A high performance liquid chromatography-triplex quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometry (UPLC-Qtrap-MS/MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 12 components of Cyclene terpene glycosides, phenylallic glycosides and organic acids. The effect of different processing methods on the content of multi-functional components in Radix basalissima was analyzed. The contents of 12 functional components were determined simultaneously by UPLC-Qtrap-MS/MS technique, and the comprehensive evaluation of multi-functional components was carried out by grey correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship among the 12 effective components in a certain concentration range. The correlation coefficient was more than 0.999, the recovery rate was 95.82% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2.44. The different processing methods had certain influence on the content of multi-functional components in Radix basalticum. The results of grey correlation analysis showed that the relative standard deviation was less than 2.44. The comprehensive quality of samples dried by Yin-drying method and complete medicinal materials was better. The experiment revealed the effect of processing on the multi-functional components in Radix basaltifolia, which could provide the basic data for the optimum selection of processing methods in the suitable producing areas, and also provide a method reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the internal quality of the medicinal materials of Radix Xuanshen.
