超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法檢測(cè)魚肉和暫養(yǎng)水中丁香酚殘留量

【摘要】:建立超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜測(cè)定魚肉和暫養(yǎng)水中丁香酚殘留量的分析方法。魚肉樣品經(jīng)正己烷提取,水樣則直接用HLB小柱濃縮、富集與凈化,以電噴霧離子源負(fù)離子模式,在多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)模式下測(cè)定,內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量。結(jié)果表明,樣品在4 min內(nèi)完成測(cè)定,在1~200μg/L質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi),相關(guān)系數(shù)(R~2)大于0.996,魚肉樣品的加標(biāo)回收率在88.6%~106%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為7.82%~11.90%;水樣的加標(biāo)回收率在89.2%~96.5%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為5.18%~7.83%。魚肉和水樣中丁香酚的定量限分別為2.5μg/kg和0.05μg/L。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of eugenol residues in fish meat and temporary aquaculture water by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.The fish meat samples were extracted by n-hexane and the water samples were concentrated and purified by HLB column.The samples were determined by electrospray ionization under multi-reaction monitoring mode and quantified by internal standard method. The relative standard deviation was 7.82%~11.90%. The relative standard deviation was between 89.2%~96.5%. The relative standard deviation was 5.18%~7.83%. The quantitative limits of eugenol in fish and water samples were 2.5 ug/kg and 2.5 ug/kg, respectively. 0.05 mu g/L.
