【摘要】：由于DNAzyme、T-T和C-C之間錯配以及G-四鏈體等能與金屬離子特異性結(jié)合,基于DNA與金屬離子相互作用來檢測金屬離子的DNA電化學(xué)傳感器逐漸發(fā)展起來。介紹了幾種DNA電化學(xué)傳感器檢測金屬離子的新方法,并對DNA電化學(xué)傳感器對金屬離子檢測的發(fā)展趨勢和研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Due to the mismatch between DNAzyme,T-T and C-C and the binding of G- quad chains to metal ions, DNA electrochemical sensors based on the interaction of DNA and metal ions have been developed. In this paper, several new methods for metal ion detection by DNA electrochemical sensor are introduced, and the development trend and research direction of DNA electrochemical sensor for metal ion detection are prospected.
