王漿酸的高效液相色譜分析及抑菌活性研究

【摘要】:采用高效液相色譜法對蓖麻油等為原料合成的王漿酸(10-HDA)進行了定量分析,色譜條件為C18型色譜柱,流動相為:無水甲醇/水/0.01 mol/L鹽酸=55/35/10(體積比),流速為0.6 m L/min,波長為212 nm,柱溫為40℃,進樣體積為5μL。建立了一種實驗室內(nèi)快速準確分析王漿酸含量的簡便檢測方法。同時,對王漿酸的抑菌活性進行了室內(nèi)研究,其結(jié)果與蜂王漿中分離出來的王漿酸效果相當(dāng)。
