新型二氟乙烯端基異硫氰酸酯化合物的合成及性能

【摘要】:以對碘苯甲醛和二氟氯乙酸鈉為原料,經(jīng)5步反應(yīng)合成了4個新型二氟乙烯端基異硫氰酸酯化合物,經(jīng)氣相色譜(GC)檢測純度均大于98.7%,總收率為23%~31%.采用紅外光譜(IR),核磁共振波譜(NMR)和質(zhì)譜(MS)等技術(shù)對化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征.通過差示掃描量熱(DSC)法和偏光顯微鏡(POM)研究了化合物的介晶性,采用外推法得到了化合物的雙折射率和旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度值.結(jié)果表明,化合物A1~A3均呈現(xiàn)較寬的互變向列相;用二氟乙烯基替代乙基后,化合物的向列相拓寬了31~62℃,雙折射率提高了0.038~0.052,旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度降低.基于新型二氟乙烯基異硫氰酸酯化合物的高雙折射率混合液晶配方具有更寬的向列相溫度范圍、更高的雙折射率、更低的旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度及更高的品質(zhì)因子.
[Abstract]:Four new difluoroethylenyl isothiocyanates were synthesized from p-iodobenzaldehyde and sodium difluorochloroacetate by 5 steps reaction. The purity of these compounds was more than 98.7 by gas chromatography, and the total yield was 23 ~ 31g 路mol ~ (-1) 路mol ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路mol ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1).The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR, NMR and MS.The dielectric properties of the compounds were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM). The birefringence and rotational viscosity of the compounds were obtained by extrapolation.The results show that the compound A1~A3 exhibits a wide reciprocal nematic phase, and the nematic phase of the compound expands by 31 ~ 62 鈩,
