【摘要】：我們合成了不同Si含量的SAPO-18,并且利用了XRD、SEM、NH_3-TPD進(jìn)行了表征分析.利用微反固定床反應(yīng)器評(píng)價(jià)了代表不同結(jié)構(gòu)的H-ZSM-5(MFI)、H-Beta(*BEA)、SAPO-18(AEI)系列分子篩的丁烯催化裂解性能.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明分子篩的結(jié)構(gòu)和酸性對(duì)反應(yīng)結(jié)果都有明顯影響,分子篩酸量的增加提高了1-丁烯的轉(zhuǎn)化率,但酸量過高會(huì)引發(fā)氫轉(zhuǎn)移、芳構(gòu)化副反應(yīng),從而降低丙烯的選擇性;分子篩孔口大小、孔道結(jié)構(gòu)決定了可以獲得的最高丙烯選擇性.具有八元環(huán)孔口、籠形結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的SAPO-18-0.8在線時(shí)間20 min時(shí)1-丁烯裂解中轉(zhuǎn)化率為60.7%,獲得的丙烯選擇性達(dá)到59.1%.
[Abstract]:We synthesized different Si content of SAPO-18, and the use of XRD, SEM, NH_3-TPD were characterized and analyzed. Using the micro fixed bed reactor was evaluated on behalf of different structures of H-ZSM-5 (MFI), H-Beta (*BEA), SAPO-18 (AEI) catalytic cracking performance of molecular sieve. The experimental results show that the structure of molecular sieve and acidity have significant effect on the reaction results, the molecular sieve was the increase of conversion rate of 1- butene, but the acidity can be caused by a high hydrogen transfer, aromatization reaction, thereby reducing the selectivity of propylene; molecular sieve hole size, the highest pore structure determines the selectivity of propylene can be obtained. With eight yuan orifice ring, cage structure characteristics of SAPO-18-0.8 online time 20 min 1- butene cracking in the conversion rate was 60.7%, the selectivity of propylene reached 59.1%.
