超臨界及亞臨界萃取澳洲薄荷揮發(fā)性成分的對比

【摘要】:以澳洲薄荷為原料,采用超臨界CO_2、亞臨界丁烷萃取技術(shù)萃取澳洲薄荷的揮發(fā)性成分,并通過GC—MS對其成分進行分析。結(jié)果表明,超臨界CO_2萃取的得率為2.5%,亞臨界丁烷萃取得率為1.4%;超臨界CO_2的GC—MS分析出萃取揮發(fā)性成分為21種,薄荷醇的相對含量為70.33%;亞臨界丁烷萃取物的揮發(fā)性成分為11種,薄荷醇的相對含量為60.83%。澳洲薄荷揮發(fā)性成分的超臨界CO_2萃取優(yōu)于亞臨界丁烷萃取。
[Abstract]:The volatile constituents of Australian mint were extracted by supercritical CO _ 2 and subcritical butane extraction from Australian mint and analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the extraction yield of supercritical CO_2 was 2.5 and the yield of subcritical butane was 1.4. The GC-MS of supercritical CO_2 showed that 21 volatile components were extracted, the relative content of menthol was 70.33, and the volatile components of subcritical butane extract were 11.The relative content of menthol was 60.83%.The supercritical CO_2 extraction of volatile components of Australian mint is superior to that of subcritical butane extraction.
