大功率微波智能阻抗調(diào)配技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)微波阻抗匹配技術(shù)很難對動態(tài)負(fù)載做到實時、快速、穩(wěn)定的匹配。針對這一問題,本文構(gòu)建了一個能夠為動態(tài)負(fù)載提供實時快速匹配的智能阻抗調(diào)配系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)將三探針檢測技術(shù)與三銷釘調(diào)配器進(jìn)行集成,利用三探針檢測器實時檢測動態(tài)負(fù)載反射系數(shù)的變化,同時將檢測到的反射系數(shù)傳輸?shù)轿⑻幚砥?由微處理器進(jìn)行處理,控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)三銷釘調(diào)配器,將反射系數(shù)穩(wěn)定在工程理想值范圍內(nèi),從而實現(xiàn)微波系統(tǒng)動態(tài)負(fù)載的阻抗匹配。
[Abstract]:The traditional microwave impedance matching technique is difficult to match the dynamic load in real time, fast and stable. To solve this problem, this paper constructs an intelligent impedance deployment system which can provide real-time and fast matching for dynamic load. The system integrates the three-probe detection technology with the three-pin modulator, and uses the three-probe detector to detect the change of the dynamic load reflection coefficient in real time. At the same time, the detected reflection coefficient is transmitted to the microprocessor and processed by the microprocessor. By controlling the step motor to adjust the three-pin modulator, the reflection coefficient is stabilized in the range of engineering ideal value, thus the impedance matching of the dynamic load of microwave system is realized.
