微帶線平衡濾波器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In wireless communication systems, the fully balanced system has excellent electromagnetic compatibility characteristics, which can effectively suppress the noise generated by the environment and internal active devices, so it has been widely used. In full balanced communication system, especially in the front end of RF circuit, balanced filter has important application and research value. In this paper, the microstrip line balance filter is studied and designed. Firstly, the four-port network characteristics and coupling characteristics of the balanced filter are studied, and the commonly used methods of generating transmission zeros and suppressing common-mode noise are summarized, which is the basis of the design of high performance balanced filter. Then several important devices in the field of balanced filter are studied, including: balanced wide stopband filter, balanced double pass band filter and balanced Duplexer. The main content of the paper includes the following aspects: 1. In order to analyze, design and test the balanced filter, this paper first analyzes the hybrid S parameters of the balanced four-port network, and establishes the conversion relationship between the hybrid S parameters and the traditional four-port S parameters. In order to improve the performance of the balanced filter, the methods of generating transmission zeros and suppressing common-mode noise are mainly studied. The resonant characteristics of step impedance resonator (SIR) are studied. A novel and compact structure, low loss, high frequency selectivity, and a wide stopband filter with a stopband range up to 10f0 is designed, and a balanced wide stopband filter is designed. Then, a method to improve the common mode suppression by loading a short circuit dual mode resonator is proposed. Finally, the filter is used to verify it. In this paper, the characteristics of the perturbation closed-loop and short-circuit double-mode resonators are analyzed in detail. Based on the two kinds of double-mode resonators, a novel method of designing a balanced double-pass band filter with independently controllable bandwidth and center frequency is proposed. The design flow is given. The consistency of test and simulation results verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The design method of balanced duplex based on defect ground (DGS) dual mode resonator is presented. The resonant characteristics, field distribution and coupling characteristics of defect ground dual mode resonator are studied. A common end step impedance feed structure with high matching degrees of freedom is proposed. Finally, a balance duplex with good difference mode and common mode response is designed, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
