城市快速路施工區(qū)通行能力估計(jì)模型與施工區(qū)長(zhǎng)度優(yōu)化

【摘要】:我國(guó)的快速路網(wǎng)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)正處于飛速發(fā)展時(shí)期,快速路上的施工區(qū)是比較普遍的。路面上存在施工區(qū)會(huì)導(dǎo)致通行能力降低,增加交通擁擠和延誤,進(jìn)而增加施工區(qū)總成本。為了制定合理的交通管理策略,準(zhǔn)確地估計(jì)快速路施工區(qū)處的通行能力是有必要的,而對(duì)施工區(qū)的長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是降低施工區(qū)總成本的有效途徑之一。本文以城市快速路主道上的施工區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,從估計(jì)施工區(qū)通行能力和優(yōu)化施工區(qū)長(zhǎng)度兩個(gè)方面開(kāi)展研究。第一部分,首先在對(duì)快速路施工區(qū)及其通行能力的概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)預(yù)調(diào)查,制定了快速路施工區(qū)通行能力及其影響因素的交通調(diào)查方案,并實(shí)施調(diào)查得到了成都市和鄭州市的快速路施工區(qū)的13組數(shù)據(jù);然后,在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮三對(duì)因素的聯(lián)合作用對(duì)快速路施工區(qū)通行能力的影響,采用多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析的方法建立了快速路施工區(qū)通行能力的估計(jì)模型。該模型對(duì)“不利用對(duì)向車(chē)道,單向部分車(chē)道封閉施工”類(lèi)型的施工區(qū)均適用。最后的模型評(píng)價(jià)表明,考慮了三對(duì)組合因素的施工區(qū)通行能力估計(jì)模型的擬合優(yōu)度更高。第二部分,針對(duì)一整條道路需要保養(yǎng)或維修的施工作業(yè)類(lèi)型,對(duì)施工區(qū)長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化可以有效地節(jié)約施工耗費(fèi)的總成本。在前面的估計(jì)施工區(qū)處通行能力的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮施工區(qū)的交通分流措施可能導(dǎo)致附近繞行道路發(fā)生排隊(duì)的情況,建立以施工區(qū)長(zhǎng)度為自變量的施工區(qū)總成本模型。研究的目標(biāo)是施工區(qū)總成本最低,推導(dǎo)出不同情況下的施工區(qū)最優(yōu)長(zhǎng)度計(jì)算公式。算例分析表明,該模型可以計(jì)算出不同情況下的施工區(qū)最優(yōu)長(zhǎng)度:有且僅有唯一的施工區(qū)長(zhǎng)度值使施工區(qū)總成本最;交通分流比例一定時(shí),隨著小時(shí)交通量增加,施工區(qū)最優(yōu)長(zhǎng)度降低,施工區(qū)總成本增加;當(dāng)快速路上到達(dá)的交通量較小時(shí),分流比例越小,總成本越低;隨著快速路上到達(dá)的交通量增大,適當(dāng)?shù)慕煌ǚ至鲗?duì)降低總成本也是很有效的。

[Abstract]:The construction of expressway network and infrastructure in China is in a period of rapid development, and the construction area on expressway is more common. The existence of construction area on the road will lead to the reduction of traffic capacity, increase traffic congestion and delay, and then increase the total cost of the construction area. In order to formulate a reasonable traffic management strategy, it is necessary to accurately estimate the capacity of the expressway construction area, and optimizing the length of the construction area is one of the effective ways to reduce the total cost of the construction area. In this paper, the construction area on the main road of urban expressway is taken as the research object, and the estimation of the capacity of the construction area and the optimization of the length of the construction area are studied. In the first part, on the basis of defining the concept of expressway construction area and its traffic capacity, through pre-investigation, the traffic investigation scheme of expressway construction area and its influencing factors is worked out, and 13 groups of data of expressway construction area in Chengdu and Zhengzhou are obtained. Then, on the basis of previous studies, considering the influence of the combined action of three pairs of factors on the capacity of expressway construction area, the estimation model of expressway construction area capacity is established by using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The model is applicable to the construction area of "no use of opposite lane and closed construction of one-way part of lane". Finally, the evaluation of the model shows that the fitness estimation model of the construction area considering three pairs of combination factors has higher goodness of fit. In the second part, according to the construction operation type of a whole road that needs maintenance or repair, the total cost of construction cost can be effectively saved by optimizing the length of the construction area. On the basis of the previous estimation of the capacity of the construction area, considering that the traffic diversion measures in the construction area may lead to the queuing of nearby bypass roads, a total cost model of the construction area with the length of the construction area as the independent variable is established. The goal of the study is to have the lowest total cost in the construction area, and the formulas for calculating the optimal length of the construction area under different conditions are derived. The example analysis shows that the model can calculate the optimal length of the construction area under different conditions: the total cost of the construction area is minimized by having and only a unique length of the construction area; when the traffic diversion ratio is certain, the optimal length of the construction area decreases and the total cost of the construction area increases with the increase of the traffic volume per hour; when the traffic volume reached on the expressway is small, the smaller the diversion ratio is, the lower the total cost is. With the increase of traffic volume on the expressway, proper traffic diversion is also very effective to reduce the total cost.
