鐵路鋼箱拱連續(xù)梁橋施工控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:鐵路鋼箱拱連續(xù)梁橋具有結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能好、跨越能力大、造型簡潔美觀等諸多優(yōu)點,在橋梁建設(shè)中具有較強競爭力。鐵路鋼箱拱連續(xù)梁橋建造過程中受力情況變化多、施工階段多、建設(shè)周期長、影響因素復(fù)雜,施工監(jiān)控可有效避免成橋后偏離設(shè)計較遠的情況,以保證其工程質(zhì)量和使用安全。本文以(32+64+32)m鐵路鋼箱拱連續(xù)梁橋為工程背景,詳細介紹了施工控制技術(shù)的理論和方法。采用Midas/Civil軟件建立有限元模型,對橋梁施工過程中各主要施工階段進行數(shù)值模擬,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)受力及豎向變形情況進行分析并對現(xiàn)澆支架進行了檢算。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對此橋?qū)嵤┝爽F(xiàn)場監(jiān)控并進行了理論與實測的對比。結(jié)果說明此次鐵路鋼箱拱連續(xù)梁橋施工監(jiān)控是成功的,對今后類似橋梁的施工具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Railway steel box arch continuous beam bridge has many advantages, such as good structural mechanical performance, large span ability, simple and beautiful shape and so on, so it has strong competitiveness in bridge construction. During the construction of railway steel box arch continuous beam bridge, there are many changes in force, many construction stages, long construction cycle and complex influencing factors. Construction monitoring can effectively avoid deviation from the design after completion of the bridge, so as to ensure its engineering quality and safety. Based on the engineering background of (326432) m railway steel box arch continuous beam bridge, the theory and method of construction control technology are introduced in detail in this paper. The finite element model is established by using Midas/Civil software to simulate the main construction stages of the bridge, the stress and vertical deformation of the bridge structure are analyzed, and the cast-in-place support is checked and calculated. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the field monitoring of the bridge is carried out and the theoretical and measured comparison is carried out. The results show that the construction monitoring of railway steel box arch continuous beam bridge is successful and has certain reference significance for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
