礦物外摻合料對箱梁C50混凝土工作及力學(xué)性能影響

【摘要】:利用粉煤灰/礦渣粉作為復(fù)合外摻料等量替代部分水泥,探究外摻合料的組成及摻量對箱梁C50混凝土工作性及力學(xué)性能的影響,并通過SEM觀察混凝土微觀結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合摻合料中,粉煤灰與礦渣粉最佳質(zhì)量比為1∶2。外摻合料摻量從0%增至30%過程中,C50混凝土工作性有所改善,但混凝土3 d、10 d、28 d、56 d強度均隨外摻合料摻量增加而降低。通過SEM觀察,摻外摻合料體系水化生成的C-S-H凝膠數(shù)目較少,使得混凝土界面粘接強度不高,導(dǎo)致抗壓強度降低。
