【摘要】：基于社會整合的視角,在大規(guī)模城市更新背景下,本文選擇上海市郊區(qū)顧村和中心城以內(nèi)大華一村兩個動遷安置房社區(qū),利用時間分配調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對不同區(qū)位、不同住房取得類型的通勤者生活時間分配進(jìn)行了對比分析、差異檢驗(yàn)和生活活動參與程度等級評價.結(jié)果表明,兩個區(qū)位整體通勤者的生活時間分配特征差異不明顯,但是在細(xì)分住房取得類型情況下,不同群體,以及不同區(qū)位之間的差異顯著.特別地,郊區(qū)顧村的市政動遷通勤者的通勤時耗最長,但是戶外休閑活動參與度仍然為高水平.分析表明,居住區(qū)附近的公共設(shè)施開發(fā)和地鐵的可達(dá)性在一定程度上滿足了戶外休閑活動的需求.
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of social integration, under the background of large-scale urban renewal, this paper selects two relocation housing communities in Gu Village and Dahua Village in the suburbs of Shanghai, and makes a comparative analysis of the living time distribution of commuters in different locations and different types of housing acquisition by using the survey data of time distribution, and makes a comparative analysis of the differences test and the evaluation of the degree of participation in life activities. The results show that there is no significant difference in the distribution characteristics of life time between the two locations, but there are significant differences between different groups and different locations in the case of subdivided housing acquisition types. In particular, the commuting time of the municipal migrant commuters in the suburbs of Gu Village is the longest, but the participation of outdoor leisure activities is still high. The analysis shows that the development of public facilities and the accessibility of subway meet the needs of outdoor leisure activities to a certain extent.
