舊料對瀝青混合料力學特性的影響

【摘要】:為了更精細地分析舊料對瀝青混合料性能的影響,將舊料采用4.75 mm的篩網(wǎng)熱篩分為粗、細兩個部分,通過摻加不同比例的粗、細舊料組成6種級配的瀝青混合料進行間接拉伸模量試驗和劈裂強度試驗,采用不同荷載頻率的間接拉伸勁度模量、凍融前后的劈裂強度、破壞應變、黏韌性指數(shù)等指標評價了舊料對瀝青混合料力學特性的影響。研究表明:低頻率下的勁度模量、黏韌性指標、凍融前后的劈裂強度比可以作為摻加舊料瀝青混合料力學特性的評價指標;舊料中與瀝青混合料力學特性存在相關性的主要是舊瀝青含量,舊瀝青含量越高,瀝青混合料拉伸勁度模量越大,黏韌性指數(shù)越小,凍融前后的劈裂強度比越小,力學特性越差。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of old material on the performance of asphalt mixture, the screen thermal screening of old material with 4.75 mm was divided into two parts: coarse and fine. Indirect tensile modulus test and split strength test were carried out by adding six kinds of asphalt mixture with different proportion of coarse and fine old material. Indirect tensile stiffness modulus of different load frequency, split strength before and after freeze-thaw and failure strain were adopted. The effect of old material on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture was evaluated by viscosity toughness index and other indexes. The results show that the stiffness modulus, viscosity toughness index and split strength ratio before and after freeze-thaw can be used as the evaluation index of mechanical properties of asphalt mixture mixed with old asphalt, and the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture are mainly related to the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. The higher the old asphalt content, the greater the tensile stiffness modulus and viscosity toughness index of asphalt mixture, and the smaller the split strength ratio before and after freeze-thaw, the worse the mechanical properties.
