瀝青混合料扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)方法開發(fā)及扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著對(duì)瀝青路面的車轍等剪切變形的深入研究,越來越多的道路從業(yè)者將目光投注到瀝青混合料的抗剪性能。但是我國現(xiàn)行的瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中還沒有對(duì)抗剪強(qiáng)度和相應(yīng)試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)方法制定明確的規(guī)則。本文在總結(jié)和分析常見的瀝青混合料抗剪性能試驗(yàn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種較為簡(jiǎn)便易行的瀝青混合料扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)裝置和試驗(yàn)方法。在總結(jié)強(qiáng)度理論的基礎(chǔ)上,特別針對(duì)本文扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)所采用的加載方式和試件的變形特點(diǎn),利用幾何、物理和材料力學(xué)的知識(shí)分析圓形截面試件在扭矩作用下最大剪切應(yīng)力的分布和理論計(jì)算方法。同時(shí)通過ANSYS軟件,利用有限元分析了瀝青混合料試件在本實(shí)驗(yàn)中理想狀態(tài)下的受力情況。對(duì)本文中使用到的集料和瀝青等原材料進(jìn)行常規(guī)性能試驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)中需要使用的AC-13和SMA-13兩種級(jí)配,著重闡述扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)的具體步驟以及相應(yīng)的抗剪強(qiáng)度求算方法,并且利用扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)與單軸貫入試驗(yàn)對(duì)兩種級(jí)配的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比。利用扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)來研究瀝青混合料在不同級(jí)配、不同溫度、不同加載速度的條件下的抗剪性能,探究其中規(guī)律。在分析疲勞破壞特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上制訂了扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切疲勞試驗(yàn)方案。針對(duì)瀝青混合料的疲勞性能,利用扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)裝置和疲勞試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了相關(guān)試驗(yàn),探究60℃下AC-13的剪切疲勞壽命與應(yīng)力比的規(guī)律,利用對(duì)數(shù)關(guān)系回歸出剪切疲勞方程。本文開發(fā)的扭轉(zhuǎn)剪切試驗(yàn)方法可以較為準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)、檢驗(yàn)和判斷瀝青混合料的抗剪性能,以期能為瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)方法相關(guān)的抗剪性能試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)方法的建立提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the deep research on the shear deformation of asphalt pavement such as rutting, more and more road practitioners focus their attention on the shearing performance of asphalt mixture. However, there are no clear rules for shear strength and corresponding testing methods in the current asphalt pavement design code in China. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the common experimental equipment and methods of asphalt mixture shear performance test, a simple and easy torsional shear test device and test method for asphalt mixture is designed in this paper. On the basis of summarizing the strength theory, especially in view of the loading mode adopted in the torsion test in this paper and the deformation characteristics of the specimen, the geometry is used. Knowledge Analysis of physical and material Mechanics the distribution of maximum shear stress and theoretical calculation method of circular cross-section specimens under the action of torsion are analyzed. At the same time, the stress of asphalt mixture specimen under ideal condition is analyzed by using finite element method and ANSYS software. The conventional performance tests of aggregates and bitumen used in this paper are carried out, and the AC-13 and SMA-13 grades needed to be used in the design tests are designed. The concrete steps of torsional shear tests and the corresponding calculation methods of shear strength are described emphatically. The experimental results of the two grades were compared by torsional shear test and uniaxial penetration test. The shear resistance of asphalt mixture under different gradation, different temperature and different loading speed was studied by torsional shear test. Based on the analysis of fatigue failure characteristics, a torsional shear fatigue test scheme was developed. According to the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture, the torsional shear test device and fatigue test method were used to study the law of shear fatigue life and stress ratio of AC-13 at 60 鈩,
