基于實測解凍溫度的聯(lián)絡(luò)通道凍結(jié)法融沉注漿優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:【目的】凍結(jié)法施工中,為了工后跟蹤注漿及控制融沉,必須了解地鐵聯(lián)絡(luò)通道解凍溫度發(fā)展規(guī)律!痉椒ā恳攒浲了淼缆(lián)絡(luò)通道凍結(jié)法工程為背景,對解凍溫度場、深層土體溫度變化規(guī)律等進行了實測;為更有效控制融沉,對其跟蹤注漿時機及順序、注漿工藝及材料進行了優(yōu)化!窘Y(jié)果】聯(lián)絡(luò)通道解凍20 d內(nèi),部分土體溫度開始達到0℃附近,凍土進入相變階段;入土深度越大,土體相變階段持續(xù)時間越長;軟土融沉主要發(fā)生在解凍前2個月,側(cè)墻及頂部完全解凍需要4個月,則跟蹤注漿至少應(yīng)持續(xù)的時間為3~4個月!窘Y(jié)論】控制融沉過程中,注漿應(yīng)按照由底部→頂部→側(cè)墻的順序先后進行;同時要根據(jù)實測溫度和地面沉降量實行雙控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。合理安排施工順序和注漿參數(shù),加強監(jiān)測,可以進一步使得聯(lián)絡(luò)通道周邊土層受融沉影響范圍縮小,降低聯(lián)絡(luò)通道頂部受融沉的影響程度。
