某國(guó)外鐵路隧道工程幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)問題探討

【摘要】:研究目的:某國(guó)外鐵路隧道工程設(shè)計(jì)面臨火山堆積軟土及膨脹性圍巖的壓力計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和加固設(shè)計(jì)措施、高烈度軟弱圍巖抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法及技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、短工期隧道施工輔助坑道選擇等設(shè)計(jì)問題,如何以我國(guó)技術(shù)體系為基礎(chǔ),因地制宜針對(duì)性地制定適宜的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工程對(duì)策是研究的主要目的。研究結(jié)論:(1)火山灰土層隧道圍巖壓力設(shè)計(jì)可按塑性區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)理念進(jìn)行,膨脹力可參照位移發(fā)展開挖釋放力的比率來預(yù)測(cè);(2)火山灰軟土隧道預(yù)加固可綜合采用地表、洞內(nèi)的旋噴樁預(yù)加固和地表降水、洞內(nèi)泄水等措施;(3)可采用反應(yīng)位移法及Ⅰ、Ⅱ級(jí)性能目標(biāo)進(jìn)行抗震驗(yàn)算,通過埋深、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造等設(shè)定抗震設(shè)防的區(qū)段和采取注漿、配筋及設(shè)縫等構(gòu)造措施;(4)通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)和本地適宜性比選確定輔助坑道形式;(5)該研究成果可為其他類似海外項(xiàng)目或軟土層高烈度地震區(qū)隧道設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: the design of a foreign railway tunnel project is faced with the pressure calculation standard and reinforcement design measure of volcanic accumulation soft soil and expansive surrounding rock, the seismic design method and technical standard of high intensity soft surrounding rock. The main purpose of the study is how to formulate appropriate design technical standards and engineering countermeasures according to local conditions based on the technical system of our country and other design problems such as tunnel construction auxiliary tunnel selection for short construction period. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the design of surrounding rock pressure of volcanic ash soil tunnel can be carried out according to the plastic zone design concept, and the expansion force can be predicted according to the ratio of displacement development excavation release force; (2) the pre-reinforcement measures of volcanic ash soft soil tunnel can be used comprehensively, such as surface, pre-reinforcement of rotating jet pile and surface precipitation, drainage of water in the tunnel, etc. (3) response displacement method and grade 鈪,
