船體NURBS曲面解析及船舶縱向下水過程的數(shù)值模擬

把新建船舶從船臺移入水中的過程稱為船舶下水。下水后船舶才開始她的生命之旅?v向下水是一種使用廣泛的傳統(tǒng)下水方法,也是最復(fù)雜的下水方法之一。通?v向下水可以分為前后相連的四個階段:起動,入水,艉浮與漂浮。整個下水過程雖然只有短短的一、二分鐘,但卻隱藏著各種潛在的風(fēng)險。假如沒有精確地縱向下水模擬,無法預(yù)測和避免風(fēng)險地情況。另一方面,在現(xiàn)代船舶結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中CAD軟件是一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)工具。設(shè)計(jì)的船體可以以數(shù)字形式導(dǎo)出,如IGES,STEP或ACIS文件。這種文件包括詳細(xì)記錄2D或3D幾何模型。對于船體與復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)字形式有優(yōu)勢。有鑒于此,本文基于IGES文件,為了生成船體表面應(yīng)用NURBS曲面數(shù)字模型。為了應(yīng)用NURBS曲面數(shù)字模型開發(fā)了用戶友好的MatLab計(jì)算程序;诟鞔wNURBS曲面數(shù)字模型建立了船舶縱向下水過程的具體數(shù)值模擬方法。對船尾縱向下水過程中的四個階段,根據(jù)各自的運(yùn)動微分方程,分別得出了縱向下水速度隨距離的變化。該計(jì)算程序能直接從IGES文件讀取NURBS曲面的消息,由此計(jì)算出船體處于任意位置的濕表面積,排水體積,浮力,浮心,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出下水速度與加速度等。終于,對一艘3100TE...
