【摘要】：隨著江蘇省造船業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，近幾年江蘇省年均造船完工總量占全國(guó)造船總量的大約35%，現(xiàn)如今已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)造船的第一大省，但目前還不是我國(guó)的造船強(qiáng)省。由于造船生產(chǎn)能力對(duì)造船企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著決定性的作用，因而，江蘇省要由造船大省轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樵齑瑥?qiáng)省，對(duì)其造船業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行分析是十分必要的。 本文是在有關(guān)生產(chǎn)力理論的論述、投入產(chǎn)出理論、系統(tǒng)理論產(chǎn)能過剩理論的支撐下，結(jié)合近幾年江蘇造船發(fā)展情況，闡述了江蘇省造船生產(chǎn)能力的現(xiàn)狀。借助主成分和因子分析法從產(chǎn)出角度對(duì)江蘇省造船實(shí)際生產(chǎn)能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)，分別選取造船產(chǎn)出量因子和造船產(chǎn)出率因子在我國(guó)主要造船地區(qū)的因子得分排序以及綜合指數(shù)得分排序，并分析了江蘇省造船生產(chǎn)能力的具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和所存在的不足。然后，本文又從投入產(chǎn)出的角度對(duì)江蘇省造船生產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行研究，分別從技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率分析江蘇省造船效率，通過與我國(guó)主要造船地區(qū)的橫向比較，以及縱向比較分析江蘇省近幾年的造船效率，可知江蘇省近幾年造船企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)情況，最終得出了江蘇省造船企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力存在過剩問題。 文章最后，，分析了江蘇省造船產(chǎn)能過剩的原因，并提出了相應(yīng)的建議與對(duì)策，以至于使江蘇省船業(yè)在今后的發(fā)展中得到快速、健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，縮短由造船大省向造船強(qiáng)省轉(zhuǎn)變的時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu Province, the annual total shipbuilding completion in Jiangsu Province accounts for about 35 percent of the total shipbuilding volume in China in recent years. Now, Jiangsu Province has become the largest shipbuilding province in China, but it is not yet a strong shipbuilding province in China. As shipbuilding production capacity plays a decisive role in the development of shipbuilding enterprises, it is necessary to analyze the shipbuilding production capacity of Jiangsu Province in order to change from a large shipbuilding province to a strong shipbuilding province. Supported by the theory of productive forces, input-output theory and system theory of excess capacity, combined with the development of shipbuilding in Jiangsu in recent years, this paper expounds the present situation of shipbuilding production capacity in Jiangsu Province. By means of principal component analysis and factor analysis, the present situation of shipbuilding production capacity in Jiangsu Province is evaluated from the point of view of output. The factors of shipbuilding output and shipbuilding productivity in the main shipbuilding areas of China are selected respectively, and the comprehensive index scores are ranked respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of shipbuilding production capacity in Jiangsu Province are analyzed. Then, from the angle of input and output, this paper studies the shipbuilding production capacity of Jiangsu Province, analyzes the shipbuilding efficiency of Jiangsu Province from the aspects of technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and compares them with the main shipbuilding areas in China. By comparing and analyzing the shipbuilding efficiency of Jiangsu Province in recent years, we can see the production situation of the shipbuilding enterprises in Jiangsu Province in recent years. Finally, it is concluded that the production capacity of the shipbuilding enterprises in Jiangsu Province is surplus. Finally, the paper analyzes the causes of excess shipbuilding capacity in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, so that the shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu Province will be developed rapidly, healthily and sustainably in the future. Shorten the transition time from big shipbuilding province to strong shipbuilding province.
