青島CSSQ船舶重工物料管理系統(tǒng)績效分析

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的進步、經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展以及電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的迅速成長,全球化的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境使企業(yè)面臨縮短交貨期、提高質(zhì)量、改進服務(wù)、滿足個性化需求以及降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本等方面的重大挑戰(zhàn)。這種市場環(huán)境下,物流作為企業(yè)的“第三利潤源泉”將發(fā)揮重大的作用。物料管理是制造業(yè)企業(yè)管理的核心部分,同時,作為貫穿物流管理過程的主線,物料管理是“第三利潤源泉”的主要來源,對制造企業(yè)尤其如此。因此,對制造企業(yè)進行物料管理績效評價將有助于降低企業(yè)成本,提升企業(yè)管理水平。 本文以青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)的物料管理績效為研究對象,首先從物料管理的定義及流程、績效評價的定義及流程,,以及績效評價方法三個方面闡述了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)及主要方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先對船舶重工企業(yè)的物料產(chǎn)品特征進行了較為詳細的分析,并對青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)的物料管理現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細介紹;然后,本文運用平衡計分卡的方法建立了船舶重工企業(yè)物料管理績效評價指標(biāo)體系,包括財務(wù)維度、客戶維度、運營維度、學(xué)習(xí)和成長維度四個維度的13個指標(biāo),并建立了基于模糊綜合平均法和層次分析法的物料管理績效評價模型;最后,結(jié)合青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)物料管理的實際情況,運用建立的績效評價指標(biāo)體系和模型對青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)的物料管理績效進行評價,評價結(jié)果表明該企業(yè)物料管理績效表現(xiàn)為一般績效,其中,除客戶維度表現(xiàn)為較高績效外,其他三個維度都表現(xiàn)為一般績效。基于此,本文分別對四個維度提出了績效改進措施,包括采用供應(yīng)商管理庫存模式、提高第三方物流使用程度等措施。 通過研究青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)的物料管理績效,本文建立了物料管理整體績效評價指標(biāo)體系,彌補了單獨評價采購績效帶來的效益背反現(xiàn)象;另外,基于青島CSSQ船舶重工企業(yè)物料管理績效評價結(jié)果,本文對其提出了相應(yīng)的績效優(yōu)化措施,這對企業(yè)的良好發(fā)展具有重要的實際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the progress of information technology, the development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of e-commerce business, the economic environment of globalization makes enterprises face shortening delivery time, improving quality and improving service. Meet individual needs and reduce production costs and other major challenges. In this market environment, logistics, as the third profit source, will play an important role. Material management is the core part of the management of manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, as the main line running through the process of logistics management, material management is the main source of "the third profit source", especially for manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, evaluating the material management performance of manufacturing enterprises will help to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the level of enterprise management. This paper takes the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise as the research object. Firstly, from the definition and process of material management, the definition and process of performance evaluation. And three aspects of the performance evaluation of the theoretical basis of this study and the main methods. On this basis, this paper firstly analyzes the material product characteristics of the shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise in detail, and introduces the material management status of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise in detail. In this paper, the method of balanced scorecard is used to establish the performance evaluation index system of material management in shipbuilding heavy industry enterprises, including 13 indicators of four dimensions: financial dimension, customer dimension, operation dimension, learning and growth dimension. The performance evaluation model of material management based on fuzzy comprehensive average method and analytic hierarchy process is established. Finally, combining with the actual situation of material management in Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, Using the established performance evaluation index system and model to evaluate the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, the evaluation results show that the material management performance of the enterprise is general performance, among which, Except for the higher performance in customer dimension, the other three dimensions are general performance. Based on this, this paper proposes four dimensions of performance improvement measures, including the use of supplier management inventory model, improve the use of third party logistics measures. By studying the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ Shipbuilding heavy Industry Enterprise, this paper establishes the overall performance evaluation index system of material Management, which makes up for the negative phenomenon brought by the single evaluation of purchasing performance. Based on the results of material management performance evaluation of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, this paper puts forward the corresponding performance optimization measures, which has important practical guiding significance for the good development of the enterprise.
