導(dǎo)管架平臺動力特性實驗研究

【摘要】:導(dǎo)管架平臺是我國開發(fā)海上油氣資源的一種主要的海洋平臺結(jié)構(gòu)形式,經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,其設(shè)計、建造、安裝的技術(shù)已經(jīng)逐漸純熟,廣泛運用在近海和淺海遮蔽地區(qū),為提升我國石油、天然氣儲備做了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。在導(dǎo)管架平臺設(shè)計建造的過程中,對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動力分析十分重要,關(guān)乎著平臺在海上的作業(yè)安全。在這個過程中采用模型實驗可以避免數(shù)值模擬在計算過程中的誤差,讓研究人員更準(zhǔn)確的把握結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性,F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有很多研究人員針對于模型實驗開展了相關(guān)研究。本文針對于某一導(dǎo)管架平臺進(jìn)行模型實驗,主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面:第一,以某現(xiàn)役導(dǎo)管架平臺為原型,依據(jù)彈性相似律以1:20的比例并根據(jù)實際情況進(jìn)行簡化,設(shè)計建造了一個導(dǎo)管架動力相似實驗?zāi)P?并對原型和模型進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)計算,驗證實驗?zāi)P团c原型動力相似關(guān)系,以此模型開展動力實驗研究。第二,將力錘、拾振器、數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備組成測試系統(tǒng),利用錘擊法進(jìn)行模態(tài)頻率檢測,測得該結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)頻率。第三,將模態(tài)激振器、拾振器、數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備組成測試系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行隨機(jī)響應(yīng)曲線檢測。第四,將實驗所得結(jié)果與數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果做比較,結(jié)果可知該動力相似模型的模態(tài)頻率和動力響應(yīng)曲線與設(shè)計相符,結(jié)構(gòu)動力相似相對準(zhǔn)確。該模型實驗為日后開展損傷檢測、水下波浪響應(yīng)實驗等性能檢測奠定了基礎(chǔ),對平臺的安全服役具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Jacket platform is one of the main offshore platform structure forms in China to develop offshore oil and gas resources. After years of development, the design, construction and installation technology of jacket platform has become more and more mature and widely used in offshore and shallow sea sheltered areas. In order to enhance China's oil, natural gas reserves have made indelible contributions. In the course of design and construction of jacket platform, dynamic analysis of its structure is very important, which is related to the safety of platform operation at sea. In this process, the model experiment can avoid the error of the numerical simulation in the calculation process, so that the researchers can grasp the dynamic characteristics of the structure more accurately. Many researchers have done research on model experiments. In this paper, a model experiment on a jacket platform is carried out. The main research contents include the following aspects: first, taking an active jacket platform as a prototype, simplifying it according to the elastic similarity law at 1:20 and according to the actual situation. A dynamic similarity experimental model of jacket is designed and constructed. The finite element modal calculation of the prototype and the model is carried out to verify the dynamic similarity between the experimental model and the prototype. Secondly, the force hammer, vibration picker and data acquisition equipment are used to test the modal frequency of the structure, and the modal frequency of the structure is measured by hammering method. Thirdly, the test system is composed of modal exciter, vibration pick-up and data acquisition equipment, and the random response curve is detected. Fourth, the experimental results are compared with the results of numerical simulation. The results show that the modal frequencies and dynamic response curves of the dynamic similarity model are consistent with the design, and the dynamic similarity of the structure is relatively accurate. The model experiment lays a foundation for future performance detection such as damage detection, underwater wave response test and so on. It is of great practical significance for the safe service of the platform.
