兩向加卸載含瓦斯煤變形破裂數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:為了模擬煤礦工作面前方應(yīng)力變化時(shí)含瓦斯煤體的力學(xué)特性,應(yīng)用RFPA~(2D)-Flow軟件模擬研究了軸向加載-橫向卸載作用下含瓦斯煤的變形破裂規(guī)律,討論了初始圍壓、軸壓和卸載速率效應(yīng)對(duì)試樣變形破壞的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在加載和卸載方向,軸向應(yīng)力和橫向應(yīng)力初期都呈線性增加,當(dāng)達(dá)到極限強(qiáng)度后煤體的變形破裂導(dǎo)致急劇的應(yīng)力降,直至煤樣失去承載能力時(shí)基本保持恒定。初始圍壓、軸壓越大,卸載速率越小,煤體的極限抗壓、拉強(qiáng)度及其對(duì)應(yīng)的軸向、橫向應(yīng)變?cè)酱?峰值強(qiáng)度及應(yīng)變與初始圍壓、軸壓呈明顯的線性相關(guān)性,而與卸載速率表現(xiàn)出階梯狀,隨著卸載速率的增加極限強(qiáng)度及應(yīng)變減小速率逐漸降低。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the mechanical characteristics of gas-bearing coal under the change of stress in the front of coal face, the deformation and fracture law of gas-bearing coal under axial loading and transverse unloading is simulated by using RFPA~(2D)-Flow software, and the initial confining pressure is discussed. The effect of axial compression and unloading rate on the deformation and failure of specimens. The results show that the axial stress and transverse stress increase linearly in the direction of loading and unloading. When the ultimate strength is reached, the deformation and rupture of the coal body lead to sharp stress drop, until the coal sample loses its bearing capacity, the initial confining pressure, the greater the axial pressure, the smaller the unloading rate, the lower the ultimate compressive strength of the coal body, the higher the initial confining pressure, the greater the axial pressure, and the smaller the unloading rate. The tensile strength and its corresponding axial direction, the transverse strain is larger, the peak strength and strain have obvious linear correlation with the initial confining pressure and axial pressure, while the axial pressure has a ladder shape with the unloading rate. With the increase of unloading rate, the limit strength and strain decrease rate gradually decrease.
