高溫煤體注氣降溫及自燃抑制實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究密閉火區(qū)高溫煤體在注氣滅火過程中的降溫及自燃抑制效應(yīng),將理論分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,分析密閉火區(qū)空氣中的O2質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)變化原因,建立O2質(zhì)量守恒動(dòng)態(tài)模型,得到高溫煤體在注氣過程中的降溫特征及CO衰減規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:高溫煤體在注氣初期出現(xiàn)降溫滯后現(xiàn)象;注入CO2氣體及N2時(shí),煤樣CO消失的溫度分別為74和58℃;注入含氧10%的CO2混合氣時(shí),CO在38℃消失;注入含氧10%的N2混合氣時(shí),CO持續(xù)存在;實(shí)驗(yàn)證明CO2滅火效果優(yōu)于N2。
[Abstract]:In order to study the cooling and spontaneous combustion inhibition effect of high temperature coal in the closed fire area during the process of gas injection, combining the theoretical analysis with the experiment, the reason for the change of the mass fraction of O2 in the air in the closed fire area is analyzed, and the dynamic model of mass conservation of O2 mass is established. The cooling characteristics and CO attenuation law of high temperature coal during gas injection are obtained. The results show that the cooling hysteresis occurs in the initial gas injection of high temperature coal, and the temperature of CO vanishing in coal sample is 74 鈩,
