【摘要】：在1840到1949年的百余年時間里,中國經(jīng)歷了前所未有的社會巨變。無錫也憑借自身的優(yōu)勢抓住機遇迅速擺脫了小縣城的模式,一躍成為工商業(yè)重鎮(zhèn),并產(chǎn)生了一批優(yōu)秀的近代民族資本家。在近代國家政治環(huán)境復(fù)雜、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展曲折和文化沖突激烈的動蕩時局之下,無錫的民族資本家憑借實業(yè)經(jīng)營有成和無錫山水資源的優(yōu)勢,在城市內(nèi)外建造了一批具有近代特色的宅園,使無錫在近代園林的發(fā)展成為無錫近代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展外的另一個值得矚目的焦點。本文以無錫近代宅園為研究對象,對其產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和特征進行了探索整理。首先,以時間為軸線,通過系統(tǒng)梳理無錫近代宅園的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),將其發(fā)展過程分為五個階段,分別為:1840—1894年的蟄伏期、1895—1910年的萌芽期、1911—1930年的發(fā)展期、1931—1936年的緩滯期以及1937—1949年的戰(zhàn)爭期,并總結(jié)和分析了各個階段中無錫近代宅園發(fā)展的社會背景、階段特征和影響因素。其次,以歷史文獻和實地考察為主要依據(jù),對無錫近代宅園進行分類,并分別從其分布、性質(zhì)、功能和形式方面總結(jié)其主要特征。然后,從近代中國政治經(jīng)濟的近代化轉(zhuǎn)型、社會生活與風(fēng)尚的變遷、中西文化的交流融合以及園主個人背景經(jīng)歷和眼界抱負四個主要方面來探討無錫近代宅園發(fā)展過程和類型特征的主要成因。最后,總結(jié)無錫近代宅園在特殊的時代背景下折射出的傳統(tǒng)吳文化、近代士紳文化和江南地區(qū)水文化的重要內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:In the more than 100 years between 1840 and 1949, China experienced unprecedented social changes. Wuxi also took advantage of its own advantages to seize the opportunity to get rid of the model of small county quickly, and became a major industrial and commercial town, and produced a group of excellent modern national capitalists. Under the turbulent situation of complicated political environment, twists and turns of economic development and fierce cultural conflict in modern countries, Wuxi's national capitalists relied on the advantages of industrial management and Wuxi's landscape resources. A number of residential gardens with modern characteristics have been built inside and outside the city, which makes the development of Wuxi garden in modern times become another focus of attention besides the modern economic development of Wuxi. Taking Wuxi Modern House Garden as the research object, this paper explores its emergence, development and characteristics. First of all, with time as the axis, through systematically combing the development of Wuxi modern house garden, the development process is divided into five stages: the dormant period of 1840-1894, the budding period of 1895-1910, and the development period of 1911-1930. The retarded period from 1931 to 1936 and the war period from 1937 to 1949 are summarized and analyzed. The social background, stage characteristics and influencing factors of the development of modern residence garden in Wuxi are summarized and analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of historical literature and field investigation, this paper classifies the modern residence garden in Wuxi, and summarizes its main characteristics from its distribution, nature, function and form. Then, from the modern political and economic transformation of modern China, the changes of social life and fashion, This paper discusses the main causes of Wuxi's modern residential garden development process and type characteristics from four main aspects: the exchange and fusion of Chinese and Western culture, the owner's personal background and vision ambition. Finally, it summarizes the traditional Wu culture, the modern gentry culture and the important connotation of the water culture in the south of the Yangtze River.
