【摘要】：《鹽鐵論》是,西漢宣帝時(shí)期桓寬根據(jù)昭帝時(shí)召開(kāi)的鹽鐵會(huì)議記錄,"推衍增廣"而成的一部著作。全書(shū)以御史大夫和賢良文學(xué)為代表,由鹽鐵官營(yíng)、酒類專賣、平準(zhǔn)、均輸?shù)冉?jīng)濟(jì)措施,展開(kāi)了對(duì)"法先王"與"務(wù)當(dāng)世",即兩種"德"與"權(quán)"的治國(guó)之路的激烈討論。全書(shū)具有龐雜的辯論內(nèi)容,多元的思想主張。該書(shū)為漢代的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、思想、學(xué)術(shù)等研究,提供了豐富的史料。在《鹽鐵論》中,雙方通過(guò)征引大量的典籍,為各自的政治主張服務(wù)。在引經(jīng)據(jù)典中,展現(xiàn)了雙方的思想和意圖,并將高超的論辯藝術(shù)體現(xiàn)的淋漓盡致。本文分別從《鹽鐵論》的成書(shū)背景、版本流變、引書(shū)特征及其思想蘊(yùn)含等方面,展開(kāi)了細(xì)致探究。圍繞論辯雙方"崇德"與"尚權(quán)"這兩種不同的政治立場(chǎng),梳理、分析辯論雙方征引典籍的特征,歸納總結(jié)了雙方引書(shū)背后的政治主張。進(jìn)而總結(jié)《鹽鐵論》文本展現(xiàn)的思想內(nèi)涵和作者的創(chuàng)作意圖,以及漢昭、宣時(shí)期學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展演變的狀況。
[Abstract]:The theory of salt and iron is a work by Huanquan in the Western Han Dynasty according to the minutes of the Conference of Salt and Iron held by Emperor Zhao. The book is represented by the imperial doctor and the virtuous literature, and by economic measures, such as salt iron official camp, liquor monopoly, leveling and transportation, etc., it has launched a heated discussion on the road of governing the country by "the king of the law" and "affairs in the world", that is, the two kinds of "morality" and "power". The book has a wide range of debates and diverse ideas. The book provides rich historical data for the political, economic, ideological and academic studies of the Han Dynasty. In Salt and Iron Theory, both sides serve their political claims by introducing a large number of classics. In the quotation, the ideas and intentions of both sides are displayed, and the superb art of argumentation is embodied incisively and vividly. This paper probes into the background of the book, the evolution of the edition, the characteristics of the book quotation and its ideological implication. Focusing on the two different political standpoints of "Chongde" and "Shang Kuan", this paper analyzes the characteristics of both sides' citation of classic books, and sums up the political opinions behind the citation of books by both sides. Then it summarizes the ideological connotation of the text and the author's creative intention, as well as the academic development and evolution in the period of Han Zhao and Xuan.
