【摘要】：正黨的十八大及十八屆三中全會以后,我國進一步加大了對外開放的力度,通過出口退稅、財政補貼、稅收優(yōu)惠等一系列的優(yōu)惠政策和資金支持,以及外交、政治、經(jīng)濟、法律等手段,將企業(yè)國際化發(fā)展納入國家與國家合作和競爭的雙邊關系,特別是在落實雙邊和多邊合作機制上將以企業(yè)為主體,鼓勵企業(yè)積極走出去,逐步構(gòu)建"一帶一路"、自貿(mào)區(qū)等對外開放新格局,為我國經(jīng)濟和我國企業(yè)融入世界經(jīng)濟創(chuàng)造
