【摘要】：紅花屬菊科,抗寒耐旱,耐鹽堿,裕民縣的地理氣候等環(huán)境十分適合紅花的生長(zhǎng)。農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化是有效提高市場(chǎng)效率,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,聯(lián)結(jié)農(nóng)戶與市場(chǎng),化解小生產(chǎn)進(jìn)入大市場(chǎng)矛盾的一種制度安排。新疆裕民縣是中國(guó)紅花的主產(chǎn)區(qū),紅花作為裕民縣的特色農(nóng)業(yè)、支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,龍頭企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,各種形式的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社漸漸興起。紅花的規(guī)�；N,紅花產(chǎn)品品牌的建立和紅花絨的大量外銷提高了農(nóng)戶的收入,同時(shí)也帶動(dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。裕民紅花的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的研究對(duì)裕民縣農(nóng)村和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有推動(dòng)作用,對(duì)裕民經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性的調(diào)整,區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高和本地農(nóng)民增收的促進(jìn)均具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、龍頭企業(yè)、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)及農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式分類的概念界定,及對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中產(chǎn)業(yè)組織、產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)系與產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)理論,制度經(jīng)濟(jì)中的制度變遷及交易費(fèi)用和委托代理相關(guān)理論的運(yùn)用為依據(jù)。首先,對(duì)新疆塔城裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并具體分析了新疆塔城裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題;其次,提出了新疆塔城裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的可行性優(yōu)化路徑,從而進(jìn)一步總結(jié)、選擇了“(龍頭企業(yè)、專業(yè)市場(chǎng))+紅花專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織+農(nóng)戶”的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式為最優(yōu)化方案,并闡述了5點(diǎn)優(yōu)化的相應(yīng)補(bǔ)充建議。最后,提出利用當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源結(jié)合紅花的特色性,在經(jīng)營(yíng)模式中添加紅花特色體驗(yàn)式旅游項(xiàng)目,豐富裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化的各類經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,加大產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度的構(gòu)想。本文的研究結(jié)論:第一,裕民的紅花種植資源稟賦較好,耕地面積大而集中,規(guī)模化龍頭企業(yè)與紅花專業(yè)合作社總體運(yùn)行良好,適合紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展。目前主要的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式有龍頭帶動(dòng)型、合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織帶動(dòng)型、專業(yè)市場(chǎng)帶動(dòng)型和主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)型四類;第二,通過(guò)對(duì)新疆塔城裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的現(xiàn)狀分析,分別總結(jié)出了目前存在的主要問(wèn)題;第三,提出了新疆塔城裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的可行性優(yōu)化路徑,同時(shí)對(duì)各類優(yōu)化路徑的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和選擇依據(jù)做了相應(yīng)闡述,并做出了“(龍頭企業(yè)、專業(yè)市場(chǎng))+紅花專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織+農(nóng)戶”的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的優(yōu)化選擇方案。最后建議利用當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源結(jié)合紅花的特色性,在經(jīng)營(yíng)模式中添加紅花特色體驗(yàn)式旅游項(xiàng)目,豐富裕民縣紅花產(chǎn)業(yè)化的各經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。
[Abstract]:Carthamus belongs to Compositae, cold and drought resistant, saline-alkali tolerance, Yumin County's geographical and climatic environment is very suitable for the growth of safflower. Agricultural industrialization is an institutional arrangement that can effectively improve market efficiency, promote agricultural development, connect farmers with market, and resolve the contradiction between small-scale production and large market. Xinjiang Yumin county is the main producing area of Chinese safflower. As the characteristic agriculture of Yumin county, safflower has a good development momentum of industrialization, rapid development of leading enterprises, and the rise of various forms of agricultural cooperatives. The large-scale cultivation of safflower, the establishment of the brand of safflower products and the export of safflower velvet increase the income of farmers and promote the development of local economy. The research on the industrialization management mode of Yumin safflower has promoted the development of the rural and agricultural economy of Yumin County, and has strategically adjusted the economic structure of Yumin County. The improvement of regional agricultural competitiveness and the promotion of local farmers' income are of great practical significance. This paper mainly defines the concepts of agricultural industrialization, leading enterprises, farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, agricultural industrialization management and the classification of agricultural industrialization management modes, as well as industrial organizations in the industrial economy. The theory of industrial connection and industrial organization, the institutional changes in institutional economy and the application of transaction cost and principal-agent theory. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation of safflower industrialization in Yumin County, Tacheng, Xinjiang, and analyzes the current situation and problems of the industrialization mode of safflower industrialization in Yumin County, Tacheng County, Xinjiang. This paper puts forward the feasible and optimized path of the management mode of safflower industrialization in Yumin County, Tacheng County, Xinjiang, so as to sum up further and select "(leading enterprise)," The industrialization management mode of the specialized cooperative economic organization farmers of safflower is the optimum scheme, and the corresponding supplementary suggestions of 5 points optimization are expounded. Finally, the paper puts forward the idea of making use of local tourism resources and combining the characteristics of safflower, adding the experience tourism project of safflower characteristics to the management mode, enriching all kinds of management modes of the industrialization of safflower in Yumin county, and increasing the related degree of industry. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, Yumin's safflower planting resources are well endowed, the cultivated land area is large and concentrated, and the scale leading enterprises and the professional cooperatives of safflower are running well, which is suitable for the development of safflower industrialization management. At present, there are four main business models: the leading type, the cooperative economic organization type, the specialized market type and the leading industry type; second, Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of safflower industrialization in Yumin County, Tacheng, Xinjiang, and the analysis of the current situation of the industrial management mode, the main problems are summarized respectively. Third, This paper puts forward the feasible and optimized path of the industrial management mode of safflower in Yumin County, Tacheng County, Xinjiang. At the same time, the advantages, disadvantages and selection basis of all kinds of optimized paths are expounded, and the "leading enterprises" are made. Professional market) the farmers of safflower professional cooperative economic organization "the optimization of the industrial management mode." Finally, it is suggested that the local tourism resources should be combined with the characteristics of safflower, and the experience tourism projects with safflower characteristics should be added to the business model to enrich the management modes of the industrialization of safflower in Yumin county.
