【摘要】：【目的】對(duì)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)海島休閑漁業(yè)的開發(fā)狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并提出進(jìn)一步的開發(fā)策略,為海島休閑漁業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供參考。【方法】運(yùn)用綜合歸納法構(gòu)建海島休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)的評(píng)價(jià)模型樹,采用層次分析法對(duì)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)海島集中的青島、煙臺(tái)、威海和日照4個(gè)有代表性地區(qū)的休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)�！窘Y(jié)果】山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)4個(gè)有代表性地區(qū)海島休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)的綜合得分高低次序?yàn)?青島煙臺(tái)威海日照,表明在山東半島海島休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)最好的是青島,之后依次是煙臺(tái)、威海和日照;就海島休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)綜合得分的級(jí)別而言,青島和煙臺(tái)得分在30～40,屬于Ⅱ級(jí),威海和日照的得分在20～30分,屬于Ⅲ級(jí);海島休閑漁業(yè)開發(fā)綜合得分較高的青島和煙臺(tái)也僅30多分,說明山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)海島休閑漁業(yè)的整體發(fā)展水平仍然偏低;就開發(fā)條件而言,即使分?jǐn)?shù)最低的日照也達(dá)到22.5078分,但就開發(fā)水平而言,僅煙臺(tái)和青島在7.5000分以上,表明這4個(gè)地區(qū)滿足休閑漁業(yè)的開發(fā)條件,但其開發(fā)水平有待提高�！窘ㄗh】應(yīng)積極修復(fù)海洋漁業(yè)資源、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、制定合理的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、健全相關(guān)的法律和法規(guī)、拓展休閑漁業(yè)資金來源、開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)有特色的休閑漁業(yè)產(chǎn)品,以促進(jìn)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)海島休閑漁業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the development of island leisure fishery in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, and to put forward further development strategies. [methods] the comprehensive inductive method was used to construct the evaluation model tree of island leisure fishery development, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to Qingdao, where the islands in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula were concentrated. Yantai. The development status of recreational fishery in four representative areas of Weihai and Rizhao were evaluated. [results] the comprehensive scores of the evaluation of recreational fishery in the four representative areas of blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula were as follows:. Qingdao Yantai Weihai sunshine. The results show that Qingdao is the best recreational fishery in Shandong Peninsula, followed by Yantai, Weihai and Rizhao. As far as the comprehensive score of island leisure fishery development is concerned, Qingdao and Yantai have a score of 30 ~ 40, belonging to grade 鈪，
