【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化加快了各國之間密切交流與合作的步伐,因此,很多國家擴大了對外貿(mào)易支持的力度,當然中國也不例外。中英雙邊貿(mào)易的開展具有很長的歷史,但中英雙邊貿(mào)易額占中國對外貿(mào)易的比重和中英雙邊貿(mào)易額占英國對外貿(mào)易額的比重都很低。近幾年兩國政治穩(wěn)定、關(guān)系緩和,英國為了緩解歐洲債務(wù)危機帶來的經(jīng)濟衰退,中國為了推進人民幣國際化的進程,中英之間政治經(jīng)貿(mào)往來不斷增加。兩國雙邊貿(mào)易的增加不僅體現(xiàn)在兩國貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴大、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)不斷改上善,更體現(xiàn)在兩國相互依存度和彼此間的聯(lián)系的增強上。由于兩國在資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面各有自身的特點,使中英雙邊貿(mào)易在很多產(chǎn)業(yè)上具有極強的互補性,因此,中國與英國雙邊貿(mào)易發(fā)展狀況的比較分析對雙邊貿(mào)易具有重要的意義。本文從近年來中英雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了中英兩國貿(mào)易發(fā)展規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)以及兩國在發(fā)展過程中面臨的一系列問題。并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了中英兩國貿(mào)易商品和結(jié)構(gòu)的互補性和競爭性問題,表明中國產(chǎn)品的競爭優(yōu)勢和競爭力相對不足。同時,為提高中國競爭力,促進中英交流合作,本文認為中英貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展既是英國應(yīng)對歐洲債務(wù)危機的困境需要加強對外合作的要求,也是中國為推進人民幣國際化的進程,充分發(fā)揮英國金融中心的需要,更是中英經(jīng)濟持久繁榮、互惠共贏的需要。中英兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展不僅有利于實現(xiàn)兩國利益,更有利于促進中歐、中國與世界合作與交流,為中國與其他國家往來提供了一定的經(jīng)驗。隨著中英貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,中國要積極抓住兩國合作過程中帶來的機遇,應(yīng)對國際形勢的嚴峻考驗,不斷提高中國企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的能力和產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力,以實現(xiàn)中英雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展帶動中歐、中國與世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has accelerated the pace of close exchanges and cooperation among countries. Therefore, many countries have expanded their foreign trade support, of course, China is no exception. The development of Sino-British bilateral trade has a long history, but the proportion of Sino-British bilateral trade to China's foreign trade and Sino-British bilateral trade to British foreign trade is very low. In recent years, the two countries have been politically stable and their relations have eased. In order to ease the economic recession caused by the European debt crisis, and to promote the internationalization of the renminbi, the political and economic exchanges between China and Britain have been increasing. The increase of bilateral trade between the two countries is not only reflected in the expansion of the scale of trade between the two countries, but also in the improvement of the trade structure, but also in the strengthening of the interdependence and the relationship between the two countries. Since the two countries have their own characteristics in resources and industrial structure, the bilateral trade between China and Britain is highly complementary in many industries. The comparative analysis of the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain is of great significance to bilateral trade. Based on the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain in recent years, this paper analyzes the development scale, product structure and a series of problems in the development of Sino-British trade. On this basis, the complementary and competitive problems of Sino-British trade commodity and structure are analyzed, which shows that the competitive advantage and competitiveness of Chinese products are relatively insufficient. At the same time, in order to improve China's competitiveness and promote Sino-British exchanges and cooperation, this paper argues that the continuous development of Sino-British trade is the requirement for Britain to strengthen its foreign cooperation in response to the plight of the European debt crisis. It is also the need for China to give full play to the needs of the British financial center in order to promote the internationalization of the renminbi. It is also the need for the lasting prosperity of the Chinese and British economies and the need for mutual benefit and win-win results. The development of Sino-British economic and trade cooperation is not only conducive to the realization of the interests of the two countries, but also conducive to promoting China-EU cooperation and exchanges with the world, thus providing certain experience for China's exchanges with other countries. With the development of Sino-British trade, China should actively seize the opportunities brought by the process of cooperation between the two countries, cope with the severe test of the international situation, and continuously improve the ability of Chinese enterprises to innovate independently and enhance the international competitiveness of their products. In order to achieve the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain, China and the world economy.
