【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)逐漸發(fā)展成為世界木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和出口的最多的國(guó)家。木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品出口中人造板所占比重最大,人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)也是我國(guó)木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)最重要的組成部分之一。隨著貿(mào)易全球化的發(fā)展,我國(guó)人造板出口貿(mào)易總量越來(lái)越大,在世界出口市場(chǎng)占據(jù)越來(lái)越重要的地位。從2008年開(kāi)始我國(guó)人造板出口貿(mào)易總量的平均增長(zhǎng)率高于世界人造板出口增長(zhǎng)率2.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),2014年這一增長(zhǎng)率已達(dá)21.35%。2001年我國(guó)人造板出口貿(mào)易總量占世界總出口量的比例不到2.5%,在世界上排名第18位,到2005年這一比重逐漸提高到11.87%,位居世界所有人造板出口貿(mào)易國(guó)第4位。但是,由于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期處于發(fā)展中國(guó)家的國(guó)情和特殊的林情,人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)出口技術(shù)相對(duì)于世界林產(chǎn)品出口強(qiáng)國(guó)來(lái)講,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯,尤其是出口具有高附加值產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)較落后。面對(duì)如此龐大的世界人造板出口貿(mào)易市場(chǎng),中國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)與世界其他貿(mào)易發(fā)達(dá)的經(jīng)濟(jì)體相比,我國(guó)木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品的出口貿(mào)易技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu),尤其是人造板出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)有怎樣的變化趨勢(shì),在世界市場(chǎng)處于什么樣的地位?以及影響和制約我國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵因素有哪些?怎樣才能進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)朝著更加合理的方向演變、升級(jí),強(qiáng)化我國(guó)人造板在世界林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)?這些問(wèn)題的研究都是本文的主要內(nèi)容。因此,本研究首先依據(jù)新古典貿(mào)易的相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)資料和文獻(xiàn)的搜集對(duì)我國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了理論和實(shí)證的研究和分析,厘清我國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的狀況和貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的演變；在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析法分析了中國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易規(guī)模、進(jìn)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)、進(jìn)出口市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),然后采用定性與定量分析結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的決定因素以及人造板品出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行定性分析,選擇合適的指標(biāo)測(cè)度中國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)的出口技術(shù)含量及其復(fù)雜度；最后,根據(jù)前面的實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和檢驗(yàn),分析人造板產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化趨勢(shì)及其影響因素的作用機(jī)理和影響強(qiáng)度；并在實(shí)證分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出優(yōu)化中國(guó)人造板產(chǎn)品出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has gradually developed into the world's largest production and export of wood forest products. Wood-based panels account for the largest proportion in the export of wood forest products, and the wood-based panel industry is also one of the most important components of wood forest products industry in China. With the development of trade globalization, the export volume of China's wood-based panels is becoming larger and larger, which plays an increasingly important role in the world export market. Since 2008, the average growth rate of China's total export trade of wood-based panels has been 2.1 percentage points higher than that of the world's wood-based panels. In 2014, this growth rate has reached 21.35.2001, the proportion of China's total export trade in wood-based panels to the world total export volume is less than 2.5 percent, ranking 18th in the world, and gradually increasing to 11.87 percent in 2005. However, because China has long been in the situation of developing countries and special forest conditions, the competitive advantage of wood-based panel industry export technology is not obvious compared with the world forest products export power. In particular, exports of high-value-added products are relatively backward in technology. In the face of such a large world export market for wood-based panels, compared with other developed economies in the world, China's wood-based panel industry has a technical structure of export trade of woody forest products. In particular, what is the trend of the export technology structure of wood-based panels, and what kind of position are they in the world market? What are the key factors that influence and restrict the export technology structure of wood-based panel industry in China? How can we further promote the export technology structure of China's wood-based panel industry to a more reasonable direction, upgrade, and strengthen the competitive advantage of China's wood-based panels in the world forest products trade market? The study of these problems is the main content of this paper. Therefore, according to the relevant theories of neoclassical trade, this research firstly makes theoretical and empirical research and analysis on wood-based panel industry through consulting relevant materials and literature collection. Clarify the export trade status and the evolution of trade structure of China's wood-based panel industry; On this basis, the scale of import and export trade, the structure of import and export commodities and the structure of import and export market of China's wood-based panel products are analyzed by historical data analysis, and then the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted. The determinants of export trade structure and the formation mechanism of export commodity structure of wood-based panels are qualitatively analyzed, and the appropriate indicators are selected to measure the export technology content and its complexity of China's wood-based panel industry. Finally, according to the empirical results of the previous analysis and testing, analysis of wood-based panel industry export trade technology structure of the trend and the impact of the factors of the action mechanism and impact intensity; Based on the results of empirical analysis, the strategies and suggestions for optimizing the export technology structure of China's wood-based panel products are put forward.
