【摘要】：近年來,我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,其總量已占我國企業(yè)總數(shù)的90%以上,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和外貿(mào)出口中都占有重要地位,而其中外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)占中小企業(yè)絕大部分,但是在當(dāng)前日益劇烈的市場競爭面前,因外部原材料價(jià)格和人工成本大幅上漲、人民幣升值、外需不足、國外貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義加劇等不利因素以及中小企業(yè)自身管理水平和技術(shù)水平的限制給我國中小企業(yè)出口造成了前所未有的困難。對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)而言,雖然受產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的影響貿(mào)易狀況有所好轉(zhuǎn),但仍面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)與威脅,面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)峻的國際市場環(huán)境,要求我國中小企業(yè)要同時(shí)具備快速靈敏的應(yīng)變能力、較高的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力以及立足于國際市場的競爭優(yōu)勢,但對(duì)于我國單個(gè)的中小企業(yè)而言,短期內(nèi)無疑是不可能的。因此,亟需找出一條解決之路,來破解困擾中小企業(yè)的外貿(mào)困局。 本文以外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究了通過構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的方式解決其外貿(mào)困局的問題。本文首先對(duì)外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行概述并論述了其構(gòu)建機(jī)制,然后通過海寧市中小皮革企業(yè)的案例對(duì)以構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的方式解決中小企業(yè)外貿(mào)困局的問題具體分析：主要包括海寧市中小皮革企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的可行性、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的構(gòu)建路徑、聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)和方向四部分內(nèi)容。并對(duì)政府政策提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。這項(xiàng)研究對(duì)推動(dòng)我國外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的進(jìn)程,保障我國外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)乃至整個(gè)中小企業(yè)的健康有序的發(fā)展,都有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過本文的研究期望能對(duì)我國外貿(mào)型中小企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展路徑及發(fā)展方向起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have developed rapidly, their total amount has accounted for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises in our country, which plays an important role in the national economy and foreign trade export, and the foreign trade type small and medium-sized enterprises account for the majority of the small and medium-sized enterprises. However, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, due to the sharp rise in the price of external raw materials and labour costs, the appreciation of the RMB has led to a shortage of external demand. The unfavorable factors such as the intensification of foreign trade protectionism and the restriction of the management level and technical level of small and medium-sized enterprises have caused unprecedented difficulties to the export of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. For the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in the industrial cluster, although the trade situation has improved due to the effect of industrial agglomeration, they are still facing enormous challenges and threats, and facing the increasingly severe international market environment. The small and medium-sized enterprises of our country are required to have the ability of quick and sensitive response, the ability to resist risks and the competitive advantage based on the international market at the same time, but it is no doubt impossible for a single small and medium-sized enterprise in our country in the short term. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a way to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises. In this paper, the foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, focused on the strategic alliance through the way to solve their foreign trade difficulties. This paper first summarizes the strategic alliance of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and discusses its construction mechanism. Then through the case of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in Haining City to solve the foreign trade difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the form of strategic alliance, the paper analyzes the specific problems: mainly including the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in Haining City, the feasibility of building strategic alliance. Strategic alliance construction path, alliance development focus and direction of four parts. And put forward a few suggestions to the government policy. This study is of great practical significance to promote the development of foreign trade SMEs and industrial clusters, to promote the process of strategic alliance, and to ensure the healthy and orderly development of China's foreign trade SMEs and even the whole small and medium-sized enterprises. The research in this paper is expected to play a guiding role in the future development strategy, development path and development direction of China's foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises.
