商業(yè)企業(yè)向社會(huì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變動(dòng)因研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)企業(yè)在我國(guó)作為一個(gè)新生的事物,公眾對(duì)它的認(rèn)知度還很低,相比國(guó)外而言,我國(guó)對(duì)社會(huì)企業(yè)的案例研究還比較匱乏。目前我國(guó)學(xué)者和實(shí)踐家對(duì)社會(huì)企業(yè)的研究重點(diǎn)放在了非營(yíng)利組織的社會(huì)化,探討非營(yíng)利組織如何通過(guò)效仿企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè),解決公共部門服務(wù)不足等社會(huì)弊端。然而,企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)也是幫助政府部門發(fā)展社會(huì)福利、解決部分社會(huì)問(wèn)題的不錯(cuò)方式;诖,本文試圖探討以下幾個(gè)方面問(wèn)題:第一,促成企業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的影響動(dòng)力因素有哪些;第二,這些動(dòng)因之間的相互關(guān)系是什么;第三,企業(yè)如何向社會(huì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,企業(yè)內(nèi)部發(fā)生怎樣的變化。本文從案例研究入手,通過(guò)選取典型社會(huì)企業(yè)案例,按照扎根理論研究方法,進(jìn)行多案例復(fù)制研究,在分析案例的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)歸納促使這一現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的動(dòng)力因素,提出一種企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,本文的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:第一,中小型民營(yíng)企業(yè)最具發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的可能性,這主要是因?yàn)榇祟惼髽I(yè)規(guī)模小,決策權(quán)掌握在極少數(shù)人的手中,掌權(quán)者如果具有向社會(huì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的決心,那么企業(yè)很容易從商業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)。第二,通過(guò)對(duì)典型案例的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)家因素是導(dǎo)致企業(yè)從商業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵核心因素,企業(yè)家個(gè)人知識(shí)水平、價(jià)值觀、經(jīng)歷的不同,影響企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。具有宗教信仰、人文氣息濃厚的企業(yè)家,更具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)向社會(huì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的可能。第三,企業(yè)會(huì)產(chǎn)生向社會(huì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)變,受到政府、社會(huì)、文化傳統(tǒng)的影響,其中政府起著規(guī)制和引導(dǎo)支持作用,社會(huì)因素為產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)變營(yíng)造了環(huán)境氛圍和推動(dòng)力,而文化傳統(tǒng)因素直接作用于企業(yè)家因素,對(duì)向社會(huì)企業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響最大,這也決定了在促使更多的企業(yè)向社會(huì)企業(yè)發(fā)展推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,我們要尤其重視文化傳統(tǒng)的熏陶和社會(huì)企業(yè)家的塑造。第四,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)家的理念通過(guò)影響動(dòng)員員工、與員工共同組織活動(dòng),影響企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)或者組織機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)變,即通過(guò)“企業(yè)家——員工——組織”這樣一個(gè)影響機(jī)制,完成企業(yè)向社會(huì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程;趯(duì)案例的分析,本文歸納了企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的影響因素,分析了影響因素之間的關(guān)系以及它們?nèi)绾未偈蛊髽I(yè)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,構(gòu)建了商業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展為社會(huì)企業(yè)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制模型圖,并提出了管理啟示。
[Abstract]:Social enterprises as a new thing in China, the public's awareness of it is still very low, compared with foreign countries, the case study of social enterprise in our country is still relatively scarce. At present, scholars and practitioners in our country focus on the socialization of non-profit organizations, and probe into how non-profit organizations can develop into social enterprises by imitating the operation mode of enterprises, and solve the social drawbacks such as inadequate service in the public sector. However, enterprise development as a social enterprise is also a good way to help government departments develop social welfare and solve some social problems. Based on this, this paper attempts to explore the following aspects: first, what are the factors that influence the development of enterprises from traditional commercial enterprises to social enterprises, second, what is the relationship between these motives; Thirdly, how to change to social enterprises, and how to change in the process of transformation. This paper starts with the case study, through selecting the typical social enterprise case, according to the rooted theory research method, carries on the multi-case copy research, on the basis of the analysis case, summarizes and induces the impetus factor which impedes this phenomenon to appear. This paper puts forward a dynamic mechanism for enterprises to develop into social enterprises. The main findings of this paper are as follows: first, small and medium-sized private enterprises are the most likely to develop into social enterprises, which is mainly due to the small scale of such enterprises. The decision-making power is in the hands of a small number of people. If those in power have the determination to develop to social enterprises, then enterprises can easily develop from commercial enterprises to social enterprises. Secondly, through the analysis of typical cases, it is found that the entrepreneur factor is the key factor that causes the enterprise to develop from the commercial enterprise to the social enterprise, the entrepreneur's personal knowledge level, the values and the experience are different, which influence the development direction of the enterprise. Entrepreneurs with religious beliefs and strong humanistic atmosphere have the possibility of leading enterprises to social enterprises. Third, the enterprise will produce to the social enterprise development transformation, by the government, the society, the cultural tradition influence, the government plays the regulation and the guidance support function, the social factor has created the environment atmosphere and the impetus to produce the transformation. The factors of culture and tradition act directly on the factors of entrepreneurs and have the greatest influence on the development of social enterprises. This also determines that in the process of promoting more enterprises to develop into social enterprises, We should pay special attention to the cultivation of cultural traditions and the shaping of social entrepreneurs. Fourthly, the study found that the idea of entrepreneur can influence the organizational structure or the change of organizational mechanism by influencing the mobilization of employees, organizing activities with employees, that is, through the "enterprise-employee organization" influence mechanism. Complete the process of transforming an enterprise into a social enterprise. Based on the analysis of cases, this paper sums up the influencing factors of the development of enterprises into social enterprises, and analyzes the relationship between the factors and how they promote the transformation of enterprises. The dynamic mechanism model of the development of commercial enterprises into social enterprises is constructed, and the management enlightenment is put forward.
