【摘要】：近年來,在創(chuàng)新型國家的建設(shè)中,我國企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力不斷增強(qiáng),同時,企業(yè)對外部環(huán)境的服務(wù)需求越來越旺盛,科技中介服務(wù)的服務(wù)能力和水平的提升已經(jīng)成為國家創(chuàng)新體系建設(shè)中的重要內(nèi)容之一,越來越多科技服務(wù)中介機(jī)構(gòu)試圖通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的科技服務(wù)平臺提升服務(wù)能力和水平。但目前我國科技服務(wù)平臺存在服務(wù)內(nèi)容單一、造血功能弱等問題,歸根結(jié)底是缺乏好的商業(yè)模式,為此,本文基于相關(guān)理論,在國家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“產(chǎn)業(yè)集群金融和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移服務(wù)平臺總體技術(shù)研究”(項(xiàng)目編號：2012BAH29F01)的支持下,對近年來互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境中出現(xiàn)的一些新型商業(yè)模式在我國科技服務(wù)平臺中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。首先,論文界定了科技服務(wù)平臺的概念,明確了科技服務(wù)平臺的主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容；給出了商業(yè)模式的內(nèi)涵,明確了商業(yè)模式的構(gòu)成要素,進(jìn)一步分析總結(jié)了各種典型的商業(yè)模式分析框架,提出了基于構(gòu)成要素框架分析方法。其次,分別研究了眾包模式在技術(shù)研發(fā)服務(wù)平臺、眾籌模式在科技金融服務(wù)平臺以及預(yù)售模式+020模式在科技人才培訓(xùn)服務(wù)平臺中的應(yīng)用。針對每種模式的應(yīng)用研究：一方面在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了各個模式的概念,分析了各個模式應(yīng)用的特征,總結(jié)了目前相關(guān)模式的主要應(yīng)用方式；另一方面,針對各類模式,選擇典型案例,基于商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素框架,全面系統(tǒng)地剖析了每個成功應(yīng)用案例；在這兩方面工作的基礎(chǔ)上,論文從商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素的六個方面研究了各類模式在相關(guān)平臺中的應(yīng)用,分析了各類新型商業(yè)模式在相關(guān)科技服務(wù)平臺中應(yīng)用的利益相關(guān)者,構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的服務(wù)過程,設(shè)計(jì)了平臺的業(yè)務(wù)處理流程,提出了相應(yīng)的盈利方式等。本文的研究成果可為這些新型商業(yè)模式在我國科技服務(wù)平臺中的應(yīng)用提供借鑒和參考,相關(guān)研究成果已經(jīng)提交相關(guān)政府部門。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the construction of an innovative country, the technological innovation ability of enterprises in our country has been continuously enhanced. At the same time, the service demand of enterprises for the external environment is more and more vigorous. The improvement of service capability and level of science and technology intermediary service has become one of the important contents in the construction of national innovation system. More and more scientific and technological service intermediary organizations try to upgrade their service ability and level through the network environment. However, at present, there are some problems such as single service content and weak hematopoietic function in our country's science and technology service platform. In the final analysis, there is a lack of a good business model. Therefore, based on the relevant theories, this paper is supported by the National Science and Technology support Program project, "General Technology Research of Industrial Cluster Finance and Technology transfer Service platform" (Project No.: 2012BAH29F01). This paper studies the application of some new business models in the Internet environment in recent years. Firstly, the paper defines the concept of sci-tech service platform and defines the main service content of sci-tech service platform. This paper gives the connotation of the business model, clarifies the constituent elements of the business model, further analyzes and summarizes various typical business model analysis frameworks, and puts forward the analysis method based on the constitutive element framework. The crowdsourcing mode in the technology R & D service platform is studied respectively. Application of crowdfunding mode in sci-tech financial service platform and pre-sale mode 020 in sci-tech talent training service platform. Research on the application of each model: on the one hand, on the basis of existing research results, it defines the concepts of each model. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the application of each model, summarizes the main application methods of the related models at present; on the other hand, selects the typical cases for various models, based on the framework of the elements of business model, On the basis of these two aspects, the paper studies the application of various kinds of models in related platforms from six aspects of the elements of business model. The stakeholders of the application of various new business models in the related sci-tech service platform are analyzed, the corresponding service process is constructed, and the business process of the platform is designed. The research results of this paper can provide reference and reference for the application of these new business models in the science and technology service platform of our country, and the related research results have been submitted to the relevant government departments.
