【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的生活方式發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已滲透各種領(lǐng)域各行各業(yè),影響著人們生活的方方面面。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)革命不僅帶來(lái)了生活方式的變化,更是帶來(lái)了商業(yè)模式的變革。自工業(yè)革命以來(lái),工業(yè)思維一直是社會(huì)的主導(dǎo)思維,中心化、集中化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、控制化等工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的概念根深蒂固,成為了社會(huì)管理的方法,成為了控制企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)開發(fā)的規(guī)則。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì),是一次商業(yè)的進(jìn)化和思維的革命,引發(fā)了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)理的變化。 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)作為企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一,是推動(dòng)企業(yè)不斷向前發(fā)展、保持企業(yè)生命力的源動(dòng)力。在行業(yè)界限愈發(fā)模糊的今天,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)從單一的生產(chǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、供給競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過渡到了商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下,過去工業(yè)時(shí)代的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方式與管理方法開始顯示出其不足之處;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì),對(duì)每一個(gè)人,每一個(gè)企業(yè)而言是一次挑戰(zhàn)同時(shí)也代表了機(jī)遇,為了在商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟,抓住機(jī)遇迎接挑戰(zhàn),為企業(yè)贏得更大的利益,產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方式與管理方法的變革顯得尤為重要。 基于這樣的背景下,本文將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)帶來(lái)的變化作為切入點(diǎn),進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)理的研究,以茶品開發(fā)為示范,搭建產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的交互渠道、交互規(guī)則以及交互生態(tài)的建議,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型下的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)理進(jìn)行理論探討,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)提供框架性建議。本文共分為以下幾個(gè)方面: 一是緒論部分,主要介紹了論文研究的背景、主要內(nèi)容、研究方法、框架以及研究的意義。 二是論文的理論基礎(chǔ)部分,通過文獻(xiàn)研究了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本理論,為下文提供理論依據(jù)。 三是解析產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)組織架構(gòu)、角色功能的變化,解析產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)流程秩序、過程管理的變化,解析產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)坐標(biāo)、迭代開發(fā)的變化。 四是論文的主體部分,通過實(shí)例分析與方法探索,比較分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)下新的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中的問題、困難以及機(jī)會(huì),描述互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)下產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的體制架構(gòu)、機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)、如何開發(fā)以及管理的框架性建議。 五是通過茶品開發(fā)實(shí)例做出示范,驗(yàn)證上訴產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)建議,使論文研究具體化具象化。 最后是論文的結(jié)語(yǔ)與展望,基于上訴理論研究,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)理進(jìn)行展望與分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, people's way of life has changed dramatically. The Internet has penetrated into various fields and industries. The revolution of mobile internet technology has not only brought about the change of life style, but also brought about the change of business model. Since the industrial revolution, industrial thinking has been the leading thinking of the society. The concept of centralization, standardization and control in the field of industrial product production is deeply rooted, and has become the method of social management and the rule of controlling the production and development of enterprise products. It is the evolution of business and the revolution of thinking, which leads to the change of the mechanism of product development and design. As one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, product development is the driving force to promote the continuous development of enterprises and maintain the vitality of enterprises. In today's increasingly blurred industry boundaries, the competition of enterprises from a single production competition, Under the background of Internet platform economy, the way of product development and management in the past industrial era began to show its shortcomings. Internet platform economy, for everyone, Each enterprise is a challenge at the same time also represents an opportunity, in order to stand firm in the business ecosystem competition, seize the opportunity to meet the challenge, for the enterprise to win greater benefits, The reform of product development and management methods is particularly important. Based on this background, this paper takes the change brought by Internet platform economy to product development as the breakthrough point, studies the mechanism of product development and design, builds the interactive channel of product development and design platform with tea product development as demonstration. Interaction rules and interactive ecological suggestions, this paper discusses the mechanism of product development and design under the economic transition, and provides the framework suggestions for product development and design under the economy of Internet platform. This paper is divided into the following aspects:. The first is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, main contents, research methods, framework and significance of the research. The second part is the theoretical basis of the paper, through the literature study of product development and design theory and the basic theory of Internet platform economy, provide the theoretical basis for the following. The third is to analyze the organizational structure of product development design, the change of role function, the order of product development design process, the change of process management, the analysis of product development design evaluation coordinate and the change of iterative development. Fourth, the main part of the paper, through the case analysis and the method exploration, compares and analyzes the question, the difficulty and the opportunity in the new product development design under the Internet platform economy, describes the realistic foundation of the product development under the Internet platform economy. Build the institutional framework of product development, mechanism structure, how to develop and manage the framework of advice. Fifth, demonstration is made through the tea product development example to verify the appellate product development and design suggestion, so as to concretize the thesis research. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis. Based on the research of appellate theory, this paper looks forward and analyzes the mechanism of product development and design under the economy of Internet platform.
